Fielders With ESP

It doesn't seem to matter where you hit the ball, what configuration your walls are or how hard you hit the thing. The fielders always run exactly to where the ball is/will be.
There are the odd few times where they will make a dive and miss, but they never misread the ball. They never have to wait for the ball to carom off to see which way it is going. They will run right past the ball and stop at the exact spot the ball will end up
A little more realism would be welcome.
