Yeah, I totally get that. I also didn't preface my comment with the fact that I don't touch the sliders and play on all star. I agree with you about that caveat. But what I feel like they should do is make special rewards for those that accomplish a feat, like a perfect game, without changing the sliders and on certain difficulty levels. But beyond all of that, there should just be some kind of recognition for achieving such a hard feat. I love the game and this isn't a huge deal, it's just something that's always confused me.

It seems so simple to me. In diamond dynasty, they have online and offline modes. Why not have that with rtts? One mode is the intermode version that currently exist. The other mode is offline or single player version that follows last years model. Then... Everyone is happy. The current model is absolute trash. I just started a new player and threw a perfect game. Which is also one of the biggest missed reward this game offers. I throw a perfect game and get nothing for it? Sometimes this game feels like it is made by developers that have never played baseball at all. Anyway, I am not a developer so maybe my rtts fix would be too much to implement, but if done right, it would fix everything that is wrong with rtts now. At least, get it on par to what it was last year. All the great suggestions people gave on how to make it better, they literally did the opposite. Like... It was too literal, it must've been done intentionally.

Xp means nothing for non DD players. So changing sliders should make no difference to you.

That's not true at all. I'm not sure why people don't understand that. XP gives you access to equipment, sponsors, perks and archetype cards for your ballplayer. They way they structured rtts this time, those items are imperative to be successful. Especially since every Stat is capped at 50. Yes they have program missions, but those aren't tracking properly and only give you very little progress. So we are dependent on xp giving us the things we need to advance. It isn't like the older versions at all. The sliders I want to change don't make it easier. It just makes it more realistic. Some of the sliders have no impact to easy or hard either. Like pick off attempts. I have no control over what the idiot on 1st or the pitcher do. He threw to 1st 10 times in a row once, and the guy wasn't even trying to steal and was super slow.

I may have missed it but no one mentioned the camera issue in rtts. Can't tell you how many times I've missed the ball as a fielder because the idiotic camera view. Dynamic view is what I use in franchise. It works well for seeing where the ball is and where to place my player.

And I second... Or 3rd or whatever the discontinuance of caps. Did the devs ever consider how this would apply to real life? Can you imagine a coach telling the player... Look, your fastball is great, it needs to get better but I'm not going to allow you to improve. Or the player themselves saying they don't want to get too good. I've also had a coach tell me on rtts that my clutch is really bad, or k/9 or whatever... But then they don't allow me to go train. Even if I can train, more often than not, it isn't something the mlb gods allow me to up. It is so nonsensical it makes me think the ones that made thisode don't play baseball at all.

There's also that bug that doesn't allow you to train during or after the all star game. I have a CP that is 6 years in but locked at 83 because I am rarely allowed to train and when I do, I'm either capped or the gain is marginal. It truly is a busted mode that needs new devolpers. The old ones need let go.

I swear it randomly appears for either option. I thought the same thing but it doesn't always come up for me regardless of the option chosen. You're saying for you, it will be there when you choose the Show option? The box even says mlb. Com in it.

As I play RTTS mostly I don’t choose which presentation mode. Which game mode are you playing? Is it just the batter stats that don’t show up or the whole scorebug (score, innings, outs, pitches etc)?

Franchise mode. Just like you said, where you choose which stadium and weather. Doesn't seem to matter which presentation, the entire box on the lower righthand corner is sometimes there, sometimes not. I like being able to see their game stats and whatnot.

Something that bothers me about this game is when the lower right corner box is not there. The box that shows player information and how many hits and at bat's they have. Some games have it, some don't. I can't figure out why that is and if there is a way to keep it there at all times. It drives me crazy when it isn't there because I hate having to pause the game to get that information.
