The rap songs with the "bleeps" need to go, too. I agree.

@DFC That's part of the reason why I don't think it's entirely related to a contract. It could have been an error on their part, while shuffling around names on the ~1000 names on the rosters.

@dbub How is his swing "underrated"? Everything is underrated these days! Ernie Banks should be there, every year, at least once copy of him. I'm happy Williams is still around, too. I'm not sure why they're out there pushing all the steroid dudes, however. Clemens can go to Hell, as far as I'm concerned. Replace him with Fred McGriff, a player who should have never been dropped.

@sbchamps17 A while could be a couple of months. Darren O'Day just retired, and now he's a Legend.

@America_69420 You can see how imbalanced the Legends are, yearly, from team-to-team. Tampa has Carlos Pena, that's it. Longoria could be back this year. Remember when Andre Dawson was plucked, only to return that very same year? What's really interesting is how a studio from San Diego has so few Legends that coincide greatly with the Padres. The least SDS can do is have CAPs remain, year-to-year.

@DFC Yeah that was the straw that broke the camel's back. It's curious as to how they add 10 every year, but subtract a couple dozen.

@Jayseearr I agree on this 100%.

@SakAttack87 It seems there are roughly 10 more added to their database yearly, and with every player added, more memory is utilized (I've figured this out by moving around so many players in one session to make the game crash completely). I still want to see proof that it's financial. And I still don't see why some players have two different versions, instead of just one. We all know that this game has serious declined in quality since it went to multiple platforms, and losing Legends is the last thing we want. Those of us who Create Players, like myself, and have for almost a decade, have given up at this point, because we lose everything from the previous year, yet they allow the logos to remain. I like to create All-Time Franchise rosters, and we had a large community, but that's died off, and most of the crew doesn't bother to even buy this game anymore. So, we rely on keeping existing legends, only to see more added each year, not subtracted.

@SakAttack87 Don't forget Jimmie Foxx, too. I have no idea why they remove them. I've been playing this series for more than a decade, and I've never gotten a definitive answer as to how this process works.

@Easy_Duhz_It_ I've heard all of this, for years, but I want to know the EXACT reason. I think it has to do with a database cap. There's no contracts.

And why exactly do they remove a few dozen Legends, yearly? And why are there duplicates of many players, when most of these gents are pulled?

It makes no sense, whatsoever.

There's been so many custom players lost over the course of the last few years, because the game we're getting hasn't really shown much visual improvement. That being said, please keep Harold Baines in the game, maybe a 1999 version, where he was a beast!

Fred McGriff was inducted to the HoF. His Legend was removed last year, and it would be EXCELLENT to have him back.

With regards to Create-A-Player, is there something that can be done to improve upon the quality of the textures we're using?

Thanks for continuing to put out a great product. I'm sure the plague affected you all as much as the rest of us, so we will patiently await that major overhaul, which your team has ALWAYS done so well in past.

As people are requesting everything under the sun, I figured here would be the best place to suggest bringing back Legends, like Yogi Berra, Harold Baines, etc., especially those who are in the Hall of Fame. It makes for a better game! I enjoy your work with the headscan technology you have, as well as your representations of these players. Thank you!
