I just played against him in RS. It’s moves more like the JFK magic bullet more so than an actual knuckleball 😂…You’re gonna swing & miss alot but if you connect it’s usually gone. And you can steal at will with literally any player when he throws it.

Is it cheese? A crutch for bad players? Yes….But SDS made it an option for people to use so you just have to adapt.

Donaldson and leclerc are broken trying to use pinpoint. I believe there are a couple more pitchers that are nightmares using pinpoint. To combat that if I use them I switch to analog. I’m going to do what I have to when using them

Looks like you’re on Xbox? I’m on PS5, so, we probably have differences there.

Are you an online player? I am, and the game can play differently online vs offline. There are many factors at play that could lead to our differences in opinion.

Me? I am a top 1% player in this game despite the mickey mouse connections this game matches me with.

Bad connections make this game very unenjoyable. If you don't see them, you are likely close to a server and have trash internet.

Congrats on your big win! What does you not living on the coast have to do with it? There are bad connection games everywhere. Was this one? I have no clue. I have bad games, games I try different people, games I don't care to sweat, games the opponent is just better, games I don't pitch or hit well despite connections, games I don't focus, etc. You beating me and not living on the coast means nothing to me.

I just told you many reasons I lose games. Connections are the only ones that make the game miserable. I don't know if you have reading comprehension issues or what but I was like 300-300 last year. You think I care about my record? I care about fun, win or lose.

Looks to me like a few of these people quit before they get to HOF. Really nothing SDS can do about this unless they don't want to start people at 450 which I highly doubt they would do.

All I face are coast people and I am in the midwest. Makes for a horrible experience. Instead of dealing with this bs and getting mad, I simply don't play as much. Done gone through 3 seasons of SWAT in a little over a week because I simply don't like playing RS against laggy coast opponents.

They haven't changed how they match. I watch streamers and they are always matching with people fairly close. Not me, I get matched with people in Boston, NY, Florida, Seattle, etc all the time. Really makes the game not fun.

No you don’t. You just get matched with people wearing those uniforms. Show proof that these people are actually on the coast or quit talking about it.

Again, another person with reading comprehension skills. I do not go by their jersey. I have messaged a ton of people asking where they are from and it matches their team name a lot.

If I was on Playstation, I would wire in, stream and message the people that play and make you look like an idiot. However, I am playing on Xbox and haven't streamed at all.

I learned pinpoint because I was using meter in 21, it took me a few months in 22 to get used to it and ended up being ok at it. In this game, my ERA is now above 10…but whatever. I think hitting is just too easy in this game. They need to make the ball smaller.

Plenty people play RS takes seconds to find a game…

Been saying it for years. The number one problem with this game is connections. I'm not playing near as much as I would. I would rather watch TV or play another game. Connections are [censored] in this game and have been for quite some time.

Tone down the velocity to the real pitchers velocity .Why you give them a extra 3-5 MPH of velo ? The amount of pitchers that sit 101 are a handful in history ... Here that's all you face all game . Is this a Arcade or realistic baseball game . Makes a bunch of pitchers useless.

Reduce cutter / sinker breaks to a realistic amount . Cutter don't move much in real life here they break 20" .

Make it harder to throw offspeed exacly where you want . No MLB pitchers can dot offspeed over and over again. Thats why a 3-0 or 3-1
is a fastball count.

Make every pitching interphase the same difficulty to use . There no reason should be easier to dot with analog than pinpoint .

Make a better program , weekly rewards , random rewards. BR is much more rewarding.

People like to hit that's the fun of the game. for alot of people they do not enjoy playing RS because it's just too many dominant pitchers playing matchups

The game is always at it's best at the beginning of the year.

Oh, man. Absolutely no disrespect, but what you're describing is a recipe for HR derby (more so than now), and I don't think that's what the masses want at all. That's assuming, of course, that you're talking about playing on All Star, because that's where we in the masses tend to live in RS...

Baseball is hard. It shouldn't be easy to hit, so less zip on good fastballs is no bueno, for me. And I, like others, I'm sure, like to play defense, so I think the answer is two-fold: more hit variety, and tighten up the timing windows. If you don't have "good" timing, you shouldn't get anything more than an occasional bloop hit or grounder with eyes. No early swing HRs, no late swing HRs (opposite field shots and pulled long balls should be good timing on inside or outside pitches, driven from whence they came, not early or late with questionable placement), and, for the love of god, please do away with the ability of zone hitters to pull down-and-away sliders for HRs.

Shouldn't have to practice to play RS ... you don't practice in NHL you don't practice in NBA , you don't practice in Madden . Why should this be something where you have to go in custom practice everyday just to play a mode ? I just faced Degrom and he is almost unhittable when you are the road team. Connection wasnt great couldn't be on time no matter what

Dumbest thing I've heard in awhile it's ranked series. The mode specifically made to determine your max skill level on a competitive scale and play people within a similar skill gap. The mode is not made to cater to a casual approach to the game which is what br and events are more suited to mostly. Trust me there are alot of players who have no problem catching up too 100+ mph fastballs and 98 mph sinkers inside on hof that's what's called a skill gap which again is the point of the ranked series mode.

An elite pitcher throws the pitch where he wants, and you’re basically screwed.

Maybe…if you’re an elite hitter, you can drive it some where for a hit. Or if you’re an average hitter you can foul it off and hope he doesn’t do it again.

I’m not sure what game y’all are playing…and I’m not sure some of you making this complaint know the sport this game is trying to simulate.

The whole esports, first person shooter mindset like this will kill this game if you all get your way.

I have plenty of issues with this game…but gameplay is pretty darn good.

My last opponent threw fasfballs up and in for about 80% of his pitches. I only kept a few homeruns fair, if I was just early it would hook foul because RNG was on his side, I do not know what’s elite about his pitching skills.

Gameplay remains good to me, I just complain about hit variety slowly becoming non existent again and SDS keeping low skilled players in close games when they have been clearly outplayed…

It is a typical comment from a "get gud" bully. They want the game to be for them and ONLY for them. Everyone else should just shut up and take it as far as they are concerned.

I have never told you to get good and you are very critical of the game too, I don’t think I meet the “Bully” standard.
