Matchmaking in RS is a joke

Every game i play is vs killers with 4-0 , 9-3 , 4-0 batting 450 Every game
What decides the matchmaking
Batting 330 and i'm 7-8 ? while somepeople bat 240 with a winning record ?
Why do i only get match with killers where i need to score at least 10-15 runs to win.
No reason you should't have games vs weak opponents sometimes.

Some of these killers probably just started their ranked grind. Here's a tip that may help.
When looking for an opponent, hold the left stick to the left so the search rating does not increase until you find an opponent.
You'll be matched up with someone either lower than your rating, or just a little higher. -
always keep left analog stick to the left so it doesn't increase rating. this will help
