This is my first bug in a conquest map too. I played the map the OP posted and didn't have a problem (though, I probably played it on my XBX and not my PS5). I have friends who have played it on their PS5, and they didn't hit the bug either.
There is some way to hit the bug, but I have no idea what it is. It doesn't happen every time or with everyone, so it's how the map is played or something like that. Only SDS can look at the code to find out what it is.
For me (on my PS5), I went to the Reds' stronghold, reinforced, played the game, and took the stronghold. I left the map (to go and play some coop and a friendly) and then came back and went to the Guardians' stronghold (reinforcing once - I think). Played the game and won but didn't get the stronghold. I thought I made a mistake, so I played it again (after reinforcing again) and won but didn't get the stronghold again.
I'm just glad I was streaming at the time so I could catch it on video. I went back and watched the video, grabbed the time markers, and then sent the bug report to SDS with a link to the video.
I hope they find it helpful in figuring out why the bug will intermittently occur.
