If your player is not better than the starter you're looking to replace, they ask you to switch position, to fill a need. If you don't want to, they trade you.
Your best chance of playing 2B is to be better than Cronenworth, and then you'll start and he gets to switch or sit on the bench. If your career is not going the way you want, you can always start a new one. Your player, the loadouts, perks, equipment, everything stays with you, even though you start in the minors again.
But I'm kinda confused because Jake Cronenworth (San Diego Second Baseman) is 86 overall and C potential while my player is 88 overall and A potential and I got trade again. Why? Is there any possibility for me play second base in San Diego? Please help me
