People worried donating 5 bucks to Jackie Robinson's foundation will undermine their "no money spent" status.....this is where the real comedy is.

When I have gotten to play. Gameplay is good and graphics are fantastic. And I have been fortunate. The only missing stuff from a crash is the NL Central prospect pack from Conquest. And every time I close the application it shuts off my custom playlist from USB which is annoying.

But I'm more disappointed than mad really. I am completely holding off playing ranked until this storm is over and the servers are functional.

Basestopping = baserunning but the baserunner turns into a basestopper by just standing there between bases (usually between 1st and 2nd). Happening about once a game on average.

Can we all agree to abolish basestopping once and for all?

Baserunning animation that needs looking at too. I see more guys diving back into a base on a ground ball in one conquest game than 30 years of IRL baseball.

You know how you have 4 different squads?

I wish:

1. each squad could have different unis (I will table my request for sleeve patches for the purposes of this topic)
2. that I could play CPU games between two of the squads. Like my A-squad that plays in ranked against my B-team full of guys I like that don't make the cut.

They have not said but I would bet that you would need to restart.

I'm not going to restart it until I get confirmation that it would work. It's obviously a broken mode right now.

Decided to restart the mini season after being in a holding pattern for a few days, thinking maybe if you start the season after the update it would work.

Nope. Immediately after clinching the semifinal win right to unhandled server exception.

Hey SDS, can I just have the Longo card? This is ridiculous. You can keep the stubs and XP, I'm already done with the FOTF program.

Thanks to people on this message board, there was an earlier thread troubleshooting, which it's sad that we have to figure this out on our own like some kind of bonus Mystery Mission.

Restart Mini Seasons, you cannot just sit there in server exception limbo because the data is corrupted, and make sure you:

1. use the exact same roster the entire season
2. do not quit any game to save time

After doing these things it let me play the championship round. I banged it out in one day because I don't know if your opponent (mini seasons teams are based off actual DD teams) changing their roster would corrupt the data and cause the server exception.

Season 1 we're getting 90 free diamonds to grind for, so if you're wondering where the "programs" are, that's where they are. If that's what every season is going to be like, then I think there's your answer. We'll probably have access to just as many free cards as in previous versions, it's just formatted different. It really hurts those who loved the Topps Now and monthly programs most.

The endless packs replacing what would have been programs suck if:

• you like the players they're offering you in packs (in most cases I don't)
• if you want to get to the S1 collection reward (in this case I do)

Are there things about the game I don't like? The whole seasons concept itself which is Sets 2.0, the XP cap, still having baserunners stop or slide back to a base for no reason, and that font which only a graphic design school dropout would think is a good idea all come to mind.
