A simple fix would make a free agent team affinity where at certain levels grant you vouchers to use on any team affinity you see fit.

It’s this. Most LS series cards are the best cards in the game right now. Last year team affinity started out at 89 and headliners at 90+. Many other 99 cards. LS collection wasn’t the greatest compared to the cards released. Literally the entire live collection are all the best cards so far. So more demand higher cost. Also last year there were so many packs and cards to spend on that there wasn’t much left for the live series.

Yeah I noticed this playing someone in the mid 600s. Don’t get the drop but i love playing on HoF over all star . I actually play and hit better on it. However seems like a kick in the nuts for most players. A few years ago it took 20+ wins to get there and now 10 wins gets you to HoF for many.

It’s pretty obvious that the team is really pushing people in this years game to Ranked Seasons and the new Weekend Classic.

If it’s ranked I think once people get settled into their true ranked rating it gets much more competitive. Especially for me playing all my games on HoF or Legend

Diamond odds are exactly what they are stated and haven’t changed from previous games. Some are lucky and some are not. Some people have pulled multiple Ohtanis. You not pulling any diamonds is not statistically significant the grand scheme of the odds. If it was easier to pull diamonds the cards would all just be quick sell and no one would care about them.

If you have to ask I am pretty sure you’re never getting them

Right now I have opened Trout, Altuve, Elly, and 3 pipeline diamonds
