Online is pretty barren also. Events take a handful of games to finish. BR is dead and worthless. Ranked is fun enough for a handful of games but cheaters are rampant at the higher levels that I stop trying to go any higher now. Then there’s a weekend classic for a few games if you have time to play on the weekend

Why do we only get good Willie Mays cards after the season is done? I mean it seems like it happens every year. Release a god card early on since his swing in the game isn’t great.

I was literally going to post about this. The leaderboard is about 33% cheaters with batting averages above .600 or better

I have been playing since MLB the show 21 I think the rarest cards we’ve ever had was when you had to win 12 games in one event entry. And you could only do it once nlike BR people could repeatably earn the cards. Late in game cycle I think there were less of a thousand of those cards floating around.

Got a rare draft card in the pack which sold for around 100k. Big win for that one

Disagree. If anything there are less online cards in this years game than in the past. No BR cards, event cards not in every event, and one multiplayer program.

Also all multiplayer cards are available on the market and are not expensive. Lots of rewind packs keep them low and ranked World Series is easier to get to when lowered to 800 last year.

If anything more cards hid behind single player content such as mini seasons and conquest that you were forced to play with no way of earning through the market.

The game is trying to cater more to the offline players the last few years with more and new modes while making online shorter and easier to obtain.

Remember when events the only way to obtain the cards was to win like 20 games?

They announced 1 minute ago that 10 new cards coming out today for division series. Time TBD.

I haven’t used him yet but I lucked out and pulled him from the chase pack you get for the finishing the multiplayer program

Some of were used a lot like Walter Johnson. Better than having Jeff Suppan who honestly was just an innings eater and played a long time. 4.70 career era. I don’t think he went to an all-star game either.

The next deluxe pack should be retro finest. That’s what I would do, but who knows

And they got rid of most of the old time pitchers too like Walter Johnson, Lefty Grove, Cy Young, Christy Mathewson for example. That's not counting the countless 70's and 80's pitchers either.

If you got those error packs you should be getting new vault packs in your inventory.
