The team is aware of the issues with Custom Leagues and working to get them resolved. There are a few fixes that are currently being tested now.
In the meantime, if we can keep the feedback on these issues to this thread to consolidate the reports - that would help the team greatly moving forward.
We appreciate your patience while we work to get the issues resolved.
I'll update when I have more information.

You can't!!Apologies for the inconvenience. Your progress is not gone, it's just currently inaccessible unfortunately.
It is frustrating to see that it's still a lingering issue for some in our community. We are working to get it back to you and others as soon as we can.

I'm currently not sure about the exclusivity errors - assuming you aren't trying to link it to a different account of course, though I know others have reported it. I will try to find out more about it.
To clarify, you had your progress restored first and then you tried to re-link?

We are still in process of collecting and restoring some accounts, and you may see it restored before you hear back.
For those who have submitted a support ticket: You are not being ignored if you haven't received a response. I understand this is an incredibly frustrating time, and we are working as best we can to get to everyone, but sending multiple tickets won't speed up the process. Sending derogatory messages to the support team, or anyone else, won't speed it up either.

Completely close and restart the app. Also clear cache if you can. If that doesn't work, reach out to support with an account issue ticket here.

We hope you're all enjoying early access in MLB The Show 24 so far.
I just wanted to get a few reminders out as I see topics similar topics popping up frequently.
- Nintendo Switch can crash when entering DD.
- We have currently disabled program progression tied to dynamic challenges while we work to resolve an issue in Road To The Show. Packs and attribute bumps will still be rewarded on successful dynamic challenge completions.
- We are aware that you may be seeing some errors when using the vaults, and a roster error when simming League games.
- 2-way player energy bug.
Notification issues on the companion app is being looked into as well.Resolved today.We are working on getting a fix out for a crash that happens when loading into a head-to-head game ASAP, but in the meantime, you can try setting your uniforms to a standard MLB uniform. -- Scheduled TODAY at 11 AM PT. Please restart the app to get the update at that time.Resolved in 1.02.
