This is happening to me, did you get help?

Why is this happening? my MLB the show account was vegeekta but then it wouldn't let me login or reset password however then I tried to register and it did. I'm trying to do cross platform progress and I can't.

I don't want to unlink from my PS5 because I'm afraid I'd lose access to all my progress.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I noticed everything is pointing to 2021 and I can't see anything related to 2020 anymore, dashboard etc..? where did it go?
