Yes he will go for that much. when people say “the outfield is already loaded why do we need another outfielder” or “this card won’t make my bench” every content drop, it is because they are waiting on Alomar. With the exception of MLB the dumpster fire 18, Alomar has been a top 5 card in the game every other year.

And if it was 108/80 and 118/80 it would? I promise you if this card was an inning boss again(which I know he wasn’t going to be), you wouldn’t see anyone else at 2B all year. Not once have I justified that his price tag will be worth it.

No, but 85+ on power both sides he would enter the conversation. Contrary to popular belief, this game plays differently year in and year out. So basing your experience on the previous years means nothing with the card, we have wayyyy more options this year at 2B. He’s just not going to cut it for that price in 20

So we can surmise Alomar is a bust this year for the price, but that Wagner card

Are you new here? You seem new here. Nothing about this post is true, OF is the deepest everyday position in the game year in and year out. SS CAP is the best choice followed by C CAP. You think Jimmy can compete with my switch hitting/diamond fielding/speedster equipped SS CAP who also happens to have 100+ on all Contact/Power attributes from both side of the plate? I think not.

It’s been established for a few years now that SS/C CAP is the best choice.

5-0 Sheffield, Henderson, and Kid Carter were a deadly combination.

Carter is the real deal, I was doubtful after comparing his stats to Torre and not being that impressed. He was my favorite catcher last year so I figured I’d give him a shot and wow.. his swing is like butter and his velos are through the roof. He was a centerpiece for me getting through all the HOF Ruth games, offensively and defensively.

I know his price is high right now if you can’t go 12-0, but wow is he worth it.

Best SS is balanced CAP with the best equipment, and it’s not close

5-0 first try with no speed/bunt bs. Just ran my typical lineup. I usually only play on AS so I was expecting to have to grind on this as I’m playing them in reverse. I breezed through this and the AL game, the NL game was another monster though with Maddux..

SS Balanced CAP is the best choice, it’s been that way for years now.

If you run balanced SS CAP with all the best equipment- it’s the best player in the game. Plus you can have fun with your creation:
#45 Donald Trump is tearing it up for me at SS. Not to mention he gets a lot of free bases online from the liberal kids.

Sooo it didn’t roll out with the Friday PlayStation store update, and I can’t see them stacking a stub sale on top of the 50% off packs. So I guess it’s a no go for Fourth of July?

I’m the opposite. The only thing I hit with sheffield is singles up the middle lol. Biggio is nothing fantastic but a singles hitting 90 speed catcher is more than fine IMO

You should have your cap as SS which rules out Larkin, Shef should be at 3rd which opens up for Jackson, depends how close to Biggio you are if Sandberg is a good choice. I can’t speak to Posey as I haven’t used him.

Second best SS in the game behind a balanced CAP SS with the best equipment. But there’s a sizable difference between the two
