Huh. My usual strategy is to set my controller down and go do some laundry or dishes or whatever chores I've been neglecting around the apartment. Maybe I'll give your strategy a shot and I can worry about that stuff later...or tomorrow...or the weekend.

And bunting too…no real professional baseball players bunt.
And it’s actually illegal in college baseball….and I know because I played!!!
Is this becoming a meme? I fully support it since, you know, I played college baseball.

Nah, it's the outlier in combination with other factors. Outlier is just OP, at least for a large segment of the population. It's also a crutch for people like me -- we know we can roll out Nolan or Verlander and lots of people will quit right away or quit after 6 straight K's.
My biggest problem with outlier is that every pitch is 102 mph. Degrom threw A LOT of pitches over 100 mph this year but it wasn't 102 mph every pitch. He averaged 99.8 mph on his fastball. And it's completely unrealistic for someone to throw 98% of their fastballs at 102 mph for 7 or 8 innings. Stamina needs reworked and outlier needs tweaked so that not every fastball is max velocity all game.

I started getting some pains in my wrist and thumb on my right hand while the playing the game a few months back. I also play bass guitar so I became very concerned about doing irreparable damage to my hands that would hinder my ability to enjoy my 2 favorite hobbies. I took a week off from both and bought a wrist brace. It helped a little bit, but then I bought a nicer controller with paddles on the back that I've mapped to the front buttons and it's relieved a lot of the strain I was putting on my hands. I don't think that would help in your case but you should look into your options for minimizing stress on your joints, muscles, tendons etc. Also see a specialist now before it gets worse. The earlier you figure out a treatment plan the better.

And hear me out on this one, Postseason Tyler Rogers. He's probably been my best reliever, especially if my opponent has a fast bat from facing a starter with outlier. His funky delivery, low velocity, high control and BB/9 get people to look silly swinging super early on everything or watching a backdoor slider absolutely dot the corner. The only issue is that he's a 1 inning guy. Anything more than that and I risk my opponent adjusting their bat speed. But I think he has something like a 0.40 ERA in about 50 innings for me.
use this to save you from freeze off's!
