I play Mookie at second most of the time, but also PH with him and keep him in to pitch. Usually he can strike out the side with my current button mashing strategy.

Hate seeing SDS make his card so bad. Being a padre fan, its insane how underrated he is by the baseball community. His swing is crazy slow this year too.

There’s just a different ‘feel’ to Ruth’s card this year for me.. he just doesn’t mash as expected… you know, that feeling you get w some other cards where the ball just launches when you connect good.

I also know that I chase pitches w him because I expect him to hit everything.. so I’ll have to give him mor AB’s and lay off the bad pitches…

So in other words, create a "Stimulus" for a dying market...lol

Societal issue well beyond this game. People say/do things they would never have otherwise because they feel anonymous behind the internet.

Same logic in large groups, whether it’s running people off the road you disagree with politically or looting.

Agreed. The only online i’ve played in months was a couple games of the championship series event. I’ve been pitching really well so far and Mantle, Sheffield, and Gehrig have been carrying the offense.

Man I swear my best luck all year was when they gave me a 10 day ban here, not only did I pull a Trout out of a silver pack OF ALL packs, but the one BIAH BIAAAAH pack during that time netted me 2 diamonds in the same pack. All bs pulls since then, ban me SDS I deserve it!

Thx all. I have been hitting HR & EBH , just trouble with the Hr & Steal, think its the first one in list. Will try the R1 and hit hit it. Every once in a while hit a wall with the challenges.

I feel like we're going to see new ducks on the pond soon. This looks like one last push up for the market before we see investors jumping out their garden level windows.

I’m just surprised to see a guy with a 4.90 ERA and a 4.10 xFIP in 2018 go diamond after 2 starts in 2020.

I know it's been based on a 3-year stretch previously but Sonny had been an elite pitcher before his down slide in New York. As mentioned above, he deserves to be a diamond pitcher based on his numbers last year and first two starts this year. Don't get me wrong though I was very surprised as well, they never in the past have made jumps like that.

I’m 0-3 in save opportunities with him, but I still came back to win all the games in Bottom of 3rd so I don’t totally suck before someone makes that wise crack.

And every time someone has brought him in against me I have knocked him out and they have not gotten the save.

He is awful!

96 jd and 99 larry walker both flew out to cf on a perfect perfect. Both have around 100 power. I was shocked. Yet carew and his 60's power blasts dingers no problem for me. I can't make sense out of it.

Do we know if part 2 is a typo and it should have said fo the 17th...or is it really just a few days?

Kind of shapes how I feel about this, because I feel like they’ve been pretty ridiculous with the rewards this year. And it’s not even a skill thing, but a time thing for a majority of players. Having to win like 4 Event games a day is pretty much a no go for anyone with other responsibilities or looking to do anything else in the game...around 2 wins a day on the other hand definitely seems reasonable.

Rollins shouldn’t have 77 power vs left and right. This is gonna be an issue if the show starts using prestige like madden powerups where they play gatekeeper for certain thresholds.

idk why you're complaining, then literally play the game so you can earn it. Crying about it isn't going to get anything. This generation thinks that they should get everything immediately. How about working a little bit to earn something? It gives you an incentive to work towards. Its not madden where you need to spend money buying the power up and all the training, all you gotta do is play the game. smfh

Also wasn’t complaining about having to play the game for higher than 77 power, I’m flat out saying he deserves more than Jackie Robinson for example. Lmao you were literally complaining that it better not become a madden thing about needing to do an extra step to hit the threshold. You were definitely crying about it if you make a post complaining about how they made it so you had an incentive to get the 80 power.
