So this game is by far the worst version I’ve ever played. Collection screen broken, the mods don’t really work, the new threads mini seasons is completely broken. I was stuck on game two played it 4 times before inhad to reset the season. Then I got to first game of playoffs and got stuck, played that 3 times got to final game. Now I’ve played that twice and it won’t let me “win” the championship. I’m so annoyed as I really only want to play ranked and I spend all this time to do the mini seasons for nothing. Multiple emails to Sds with no reply.

Also the player stat screens are broken. When you mod a player it shows different stats in different screens. Which one is accurate for the game?
See Arron judge, stats show the same on the wheel and his card but when you go to sub him out where it compares stats it shows something completely different? Which one is it?

How is the game this broken but we are paying for it? Need new developers over there or something because this is not right. Had all winter to work it out + the early access beta test we paid to be part of.

@Jacky-Chan1_XBL your worries about community members trying to help stop it? As a tos violation?? Everyone knows what this [censored] is it’s literally everywhere. Openly promoted. It’s reached critical mass something needs to be done, attention needs to be drawn. No one in here is doing anything wrong doing their best to tip toe around the facts but still bring awareness. You know who should be banned, the cheaters , and those protecting them. They might need to hire an outside company to solve it if they can’t. Just shhh don’t talk about it is CLEARLY not working, these people fear no repurcissions frauding a major game developer that is licensed by the mlb.

I think it’s mostly humans, if I’m trying to buy a card or sell a card I have to stay on it and refresh. If someone outbids me I know they doing the same thing and it becomes a battle of who can stay highest or lowest bit until it’s sold. A lot of the time there are multiple people on one card, especially on a freshly dropped card with a lot of activity. Always been like that, I’m not saying some people don’t use some bs bot tech but most people don’t. It’s a big player base

@rubicante23_PSN naaa,ranked has to be a full game. Events are good for this. But I would love a theme team event or mode where you could only select players who played on one team and go against other theme teams only. Weather it a longer reoccurring event or its own “theme team” ranked style mode. It would be a nice mixup and I think a lot of people would enjoy being able to use theme teams more.

Bots are def insane, they will up outbid you by one instantly with two orders for the same price. Like a nano second. Then keep bidding you down. They are clearly controlling the market to buy low and sell high. I been using the market since 2018, so I know how it works. I know humans outbid also etc and actually argued against it being bots earlier in the year, so I was very skeptical at first that it was bots.

There is now no doubt that there are a lot of bots buying and selling for people controlling the margins. Churning out little bits of profit in an endless algorithm. Game is so cooked. Last year for me with all the bugs and bs

@MRAD2010_XBL with a speed / power mod he’s the best offensive and defensive cf currently in the game. Gets him to 94 speed.

Marketplace is ruined on top of all the other issues this game has. Pay a couple people to work overtime and ban anyone using a bot. Something needs to be done now, you can’t even buy or sell a card without dealing with bots for a half hour and all margins destroyed. Lots of posts here about it, and on the mlbtheshow Reddit sub. It’s totally overtaken

All these wbc pitchers look like they have shoulder pads on under their uniform. Feel like the realism went down hill the last few years. Is it that hard to make a body proportionate

When you scroll over the team it shows you NOT having the card, but it is in inventory. Very confusing.

Oh weird, getting stuck on game 2 of regular season had me thinking this was a glitch. Where did you read that?

@PUNIKI_SAMURAI_PSN crazy how open these people are and seemingly no repercussions. I reported a Facebook group openly selling 12-0 br runs and 6-0 WC runs amongst other things like Stubbs and it’s been like a month. Still fully operational. Clearly you can’t guarantee a 6-0 WC run in legend/immortal without cheating the people who end up loosing.

Another right handed bat with no speed or D, do they do any planning ahead of time. Virtually all the good cards are right handed bats. So stupid

I don’t mind it for early divisions getting started each year, but slogging from 300-700 in all star is ridiculous. world Series at 800 is perfect but hof needs to start at 600, not 700

Ok now that’s weird

It was every single pitch in the arsenal too, changeup, cutter , sinker, everything thrown was barely touching zone perfect dots on the outside of zone barely touching. He pitched into the 9th with him past where you could even see red, throwing perfect dots the entire time. How do people do this it makes no sense. Zero mistakes or even hittable pitches.

@LHUBison58_XBL I consistently get perfect feedback pitching myself, but there is still some variation in pitch location with the par. I can’t put it a full ball in or out consistently with every pitch in the arsenal for an entire inning let alone 9 innings with any pitcher currently in the game. This [censored] was other worldly diabolical how super dotted every pitch was. There has to be some kind of exploit w Ed rod since we both had the same exact experience against different users. It’s like the could place the ball exactly where they wanted it with 100% accuracy and stamina didn’t effect the ability at all
Oddly enough we were both 4-0 too.

So the bots on marketplace are rampant. It’s almost ever card now. Right now with Ryan walker for example the top buy it now has 5 quantity. If you outbid it by any number it automatically, within a second outbids you by 1 then moves the 5 quantity up to that spot. You can keep trying to outbid it but it does the same exact thing. Say it’s order was 17,500 for x5 if I bid 17,501 it comes in in less than a second with 17,502 with 1 then moves all 5 at 17,500 to 15,502. It’s not a person. It will do it everytime you outbid, robotically. Are they ever going to do anything about this?
