I have lucked out quite a bit, except for the last game, which took me three tries and 16 innings to win.

I’m still angry about the Kent Hrbeck/Ron Gant fiasco. It made me lose my respect for umpires, authority, and life in general. I have been disillusioned ever since.

This was obviously a disappointment of a conquest map, but i think the blame is more complicated than just SDS letting us down.

I think the MLB, last minute announced another Jackie Robinson Day, and SDS not wanting to ignore the celebration but having already given us the content they developed for the REAL Jackie Robinson Day, back in April, they were kind of hung out to dry.

So they quickly put together this conquest map to observe the day.

We got some free packs and some content so i just enjoyed it for what it was.....i do wish we got some program stars for it but whatever. I bet SDS makes up for it down the road. They arent naive, they know exactly how this was going to be received by the community.

Its a tough situation and im chosing to give SDS the benefit of the doubt.

I have fingers, Gagne, Morton is becoming suspect, Osuna gets the job done. I have Eck, I’m not saying not to use him but with 3 pitch arsenal and slow FB? He could be a 99 and I’d resort to Jose Leclerc before Eck. I bury the slider just as well as Eck even with that crazy control. But he’s also been in squad since day 1 so I’ve had plenty of appearances with him

Same. For the "Online: Tally Hits With Nationals" I am stuck on 14/15. I have gotten a hit with Flashback Ryan Zimmerman in online events and a hit with Live Series Asdrubal Cabrera in Battle Royale and it still sits at 14/15 in the program.

Would love to go just ONE thread without someone telling everybody else how much better they are. There are a lot of insanely frustrating veteran missions, your passive aggressive comment aside.

It’s a challenge, but you’re specifically saying “give me the reward without passing the challenge” and you expect people to not tell you to get over it?

There is a ton more offline gameplay. First, you can collect the cards, there's conquest, play vs. cpu, etc. There are Moments, there's Team Affinity, there's Showdown. All of this can be done offline.

Play vs. CPU is uninteresting and meaningless. There's a reason why they put it behind the Extended Play menu.

There are no moments that use my DD team.

"Team Affinity" is not a game mode.

Showdown doesn't use my card collection.

So, I say content and you bust my balls. I present content, and you’re still a [censored]. Play online, then. Do that or stop crying. It’s an online gaming mode. Good god.

There’s always people on here like that. Will always complain about “enough to do”. One guy came on here after the event switched over and said “I already have 150 event wins and made WS! What am I supposed to do with no new event rewards’”

Like dude... you are a small minority of people who can possibly play that much.

Some people are just...dull.

If my kids wanted they could purchase hundreds of dollars worth the stubs without me knowing, my ps4 only asks me for my PW when I’m updating or adding a payment method..

its not that bad went 5 for 5 1 double 1st game 4-5 hr 2nd game 3-4 2 doubles 3rd,and finished it the next game all using X

Im with you. Facing 99 Kluber may as well not swing at least you may get his pitch count up. I've got 3 hits and 1 run in a game where I've squared up at least 70 percent of pitches ive hit.

I guess I was wrong about the non-toxic part of my post. First comment, too. Seriously, people, if you cannot say something nice, move on. It's not that complicated.

He’s great, Pearson is even better. No one throws gas like those too.

Pearson is just a little more expensive and has a little better control.

I’ve said it a bunch on here. Kopech, Pearson, Mize, and Whitley are the best pitchers in the game not named Newhouser or Kluber.

Those four (and XP rewards) are the only ones I feel comfortable with in ranked. Seems like everyone tees off on LS pitchers.

Got Newhauser in my rotation now too at Level 80. Pretty sweet.
Hell yeah man. Hal is great. That was my first pick too.

I'm struggling with this one as well as the Aaron Nolan Affinity Moment. Can't beat either always lose it in the late innings.

Maybe we should switch out of meter pitching for these?

Whitley is the best for RS. Sinkers and cutters in the upper 90s play really well.... as long as he’s in the zone lol
