@AllRise99_NSW fantastic movie!!!

@beatlesnews_MLBTS The difference is, Maguire, Sosa, palmeiro and pettitte all, eventually, admitted to using steroids, while Bonds and Clemens still, arrogantly, deny ever using them. The interesting one for me is arod as he did eventually admit it but not until he got caught a second time.

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN I agree, that it should be 100 points per player program, but like you, suspect it'll be 50. I mean, geez they would have to give more packs, xp, stubs in a 100 pt program and that would just be u called for...50 it program less free stuff, that's this year's model right?
-
Not really wanting to start anything, but I know I will... but I will never understand why people think Schwarber ever deserves a 99. I mean let's be serious here....sure he can hit 35-45 hrs, but outside of that he hits near the mendoza line, strikes out 200+ times a year, is at best an average fielder with an average arm and has average speed....
oh and ask me how many of my Jay's have 99's? But I'm not on here complaining and demanding my teams players should all be given 99's

@Teak2112_MLBTS said in Seasons and packs vs paid season xp pass:
Its weird to me how people draw this line in a game where monetization already exists. People that pay are already getting more stubs and packs.
Maybe 8 should have expanded on what I meant. If the paided portion of the season/battle pass was cosmetic only (bat skins, jerseys, icons..etc), fine. However, if you have to pay for access to the season and/or there are far better rewards (cards, xp boosts, larger stub rewards) then you are into pay to win territory and I am 100% against that form of monetization.

Ya baseball rules are not always clear. I played some form of baseball for close to 40 years (i'm 49), but i also umpired, so that help with understanding the rules.
I didn't include that because I am still trying to figure that one out myself. Lol
Only scenario I can think of, is if he booted the catch and was given an error for that and then was given a second error for the throw. If he made the play clean and the threw the ball away it would be only one.
-
The minute they start to charge for a season pass for a full priced game...I'm out. Quit one game already because of it.
-
Actually, if i read your senario correctly, the correct stat call was made. An unearned run is only given if the error leads directly to a run scoring on the actual error. The other scenario is if the error was committed with 2 outs in the inning and the play would have led to the final out of the inning, then any runs scoring as a result of the error and any subsequent runs scoring after the 2 out error would be deemed unearned.

My guess is we get a 1 or 2 card 88 ovr no sell program that we'll complete in an hour and a 3 round, non choice pack (base 4 cards at 90, mid 3 cards at 93, rare 3 cards at 95) for 50k in the shop
-
@Crimson_Monk_PSN. Noooo...they will absolutely find a way to monetize this idea lol
-
I have been dreading to say/comment on this as, if I'm wrong, I don't want to give sds any ideas, but... I am worried that with the changes to the last 2 years that they are heading to the bad place in gaming. They have brought in seasons, going from 10 inng8ns, to 6 seasons, now four seasons. They have add almost half the available cards (mostly) better ones, in over priced packs, reduced stubbs and xp....to me this is all leading to a very dark place...THE BATTLE PASS.
I hope I am wrong, but I saw this same thing happen in another game (made by a company owned by sony). As I said, I hope I am wrong, but I just can't help seeing it not going down this road.

@energystar157_PSN that's nothing new for EA. NHL had a system in Hut were you could, essentially, rent players for a set amount of time
-
You have to alternate pressing them quickly and continuously until they vanish from the screen, then there is a multi button press game for the throw
-
@x814xmafia ah just noticed that
-
Oh it should also be noted, no stub or xp rewards for the conquest map
-
It's only 3 vouchers for conquest, 1 for every 5 strongholds and is repeatable.
-
Basically from what I am seeing is instead of three maps that give 30,000 points for each division, you now get 3 vouchers per 15 strongholds won. Exchange 10 vouchers for 28,000 points....so basically to get what we got before, we will need to beat 276 strongholds....
Edit: sorry math was wrong...we will need to beat 300 strongholds, which means to get the same program points as previously, we will need to run the map 20 times, this is getting rediculous at this point.
