Anyone complete this yet? It’s saying L1 R1 but won’t work for me.

You have to alternate pressing them quickly and continuously until they vanish from the screen, then there is a multi button press game for the throw

Ok so I finished the Derek Jeter new moments but never received the card should I send a ticket in because I tried replaying the last moment but still didn't get it

Never mind I got him had to replay the 2 hits moment to get the cc sabathia card then I got him

@Stiebfan37 I did the L1R1 stuff but the next button combination only appeared for less than a tenth of a second and could even see what buttons to push.

Do I have to complete this moment to get the Soriano card?

I specifically put in the survey that they sent out that I absolutely hated those moments where you have to push multiple buttons just to get the out and yet they still put them in there

That's why it pays to have played 2K Basketball, and used the Gatorade training center, lol. For the treadmill workout, we had to alternate R1 and L1 while running , so right away I knew!

The nerve of them.
Honestly, there are only a few moments that require the random button inputs and they aren't too hard. It is at least something different from the usual throwing meter.

I'm not a fan of this style of game play.
In general, I dislike anytime we have to control the player in a non standard way, including (and especially) pitching moments.
I dont play RTTS because of it (that and no time for RTTS and DD both), but its rarely a factor in DD so not a big deal. -
