There are 2 L buttons associated with baserunning. So which L button r u using? What baserunning mode do you use?

If online lag wasn't so bad, I might actually play it. SDS can NEVER get it right. I have 500 MBPS so don't tell me it's my connection.

I agree, there are obviously teams that have way more history which makes it easier to release various cards. That's why Topps and POTM exist, to capture a player in a great hot streak regardless of how little history the team has. This months players look great but I really think it should have been Cron, Waino (got the PO sig Series instead), Salvy (already has an AS, 42, HRD and LS card), S Marte (not sure why he wasn't in there) and Ray could've been an earlier reward.

I do think Castilla is a big win and may make a lot of people's bench. I dont do the "one squad to rule them all" thing so I will definitely use him a bunch.

Flavor of the month. SDS has a history for boosting those guys really quickly before they have really earned it. Remember when they were so high on Puig that they put him on the cover? Eric Thames was the next big thing in 2017. Neither player is even in the league this year.

I know a lot of Cardinal fans were very upset at the GM for trading Arozarena, but this year. Tyler O'Neill is hitting for more power, outslugging Arozarena by 50 points.

Yes and it seems like they do it w teams that are having good seasons but no real studs. The Mariners this year or even the rays last year having a good season but they didn’t have high enough rated guys so they give out boosts to who ever they can make an argument for.

Ya even when I’m the home team it keeps happening. Just happened a 4th time. Maybe the field has something to do with it?

Lol so we should be able to make any offensive team names that we want and if it upsets us then we should quit. Lol you realize we live in a society that we require pro teams to change offensive names but you should be able to be as offensive as you want and I’m just supposed to get over it. That’s not the world we live in

They probably could upgrade his defense, but he would really help his case if he hit lefties, his stats against righties are good in RL and in the game, but he is batting .188 vs lefties, hard to upgrade in that department.

There are lots of rewards beyond the 40 wins. Lots of good packs to keep playing for out to 100...and they posted the reward path as part of a 3-event series when this all got started with the moonshot event, so we've all known what the rewards would look like.

Seriously, go get some of those packs - the Kitchen Sink packs are a free 20k stubs, minimum, and could be worth 45k if you get the rare round.

I think getting the rare round is as rare as seeing a unicorn taking a leak on a rainbow.

If my team affinity packs are any indication that yes. I pulled all the kitchen sink packs and headliners that you got for completing and one time i got the headliner Rizzo but i got the low round on every one of the other packs.

They should count as 2021 AS, but i havent tested that yet.

I don't think saberhagen can get a card after all the hookers and blow he got caught doing.

Again not sure if this was a one off situation but I had my runner on first base and I was trying to steal second in a ranked season game. pitcher threw over so I hit R1 and not only did my runner go back to first but he rounded first and and was thrown out trying to steal home backwards lol

Definitely gonna need a clip for that one. Please tell me you retro-captured it 🙂 that’s a highlight reel play for sure.

That doesn’t work Ramone Russell blocked me a couple years ago after tagging him and sds and mlbtheshow on multiple tirades over this exact garbage.

I could be totally wrong but I’m still not convinced gameplay is totally cross gen unless you’re playing a friend. They keep specifically saying you can play “friends” on Xbox and PS4 and. You can play in a “friends” created stadium.

I feel like the point would have been made clearly at some point by now. SDS is always very careful with their wording.

I said it before, I'll say it again. MLB The Show 21 supports cross-play and cross-generational play. So everyone plays everyone when matched together. The only condition where you can't match against someone is if you are using a create a stadium, as created stadiums can ONLY be created and played on next-gen consoles.

You can play in friendly games with friends on other consoles. We will have more on that later.

What I take from this is it would be harder to make World Series using a created stadium as I would think the more die hard players would be on next gen
