why would anyone want to play on anything above all star in this year's game? Thats why so many good players are deliberately moving back to all star for weekend classic. We get enough good hits taken away in the form of line drive dead ball warning track, perfect hit outs here in the show 25 on all star as it is. Hof just makes the game completely unrewarding. Besides pitching of course. Hof is better for pitching, that I'll give you.

Ive been in hof the last 2 weekend classic events. I dont know if its making me better or angrier at this point. Every game is a snooze fest and a strike out fest. And when the game doesn't reward good hitting it makes it even more frustrating.

Hitting is extremely hard this year. Playing on hof is so boring. No one can hit.

And people wonder why and make excuses for the hitting engine being completely bad this year. They cant even fix attribute wheels that they acknowledged months ago. Is it so hard to believe there are major contact, ball flight, exit velocity issues in the game this year? That they also refuse to fix. If you play this game online you already know the issues.

I also heard the bat pci was broken at one point this year. What other pci were impacted or are impacted? The game play is just so bad this year.

And do not get me started on making event games meaningless. Which was by far the best online game mode for their online player base. Who's idea was it over at sds to make events meaningless? Should be fired immediately!

@Teak2112_MLBTS yeah well I think all you mini seasons players are weak lol. Im not backing down. Its lame. Never will I spend 6 hours playing against a cpu in any game ever.

@GoozeFn_PSN agreed. Not saying otherwise. Im referring to the only offline players that are bashing online players cause we do not like mini seasons. I have had to suck it up and play way more offline this year than I have liked.

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN the whole point of grinding cards is to better your team to play in ranked and compete. What because you are 49 your lost your competitive edge? The point of any sports game is to compete. Go play Zelda if you want casual or any other non sports game. I just do not see the point of playing offline all the time. Im grinding cause I want to beat other human beings lol. Not the cpu and stare at cool cards with art on them.

@Talkingben9558_XBL the point of the post was.. play your way. Mini seasons being part of collections almost mandatory is not playing your way.

Who the heck likes mini seasons? Are the majority of you 12 year Olds? Repetitive play against the cpu is not fun . I am an online player cause I want to get better. A cpu can never play or equate to playing another human. If you want to get better at this game. Stay away from the cpu.

@Talkingben9558_XBL its not deep at all brother. Just saying. The op clearly had a connection lag issue. Which a ton of us are having this year with this game. Hitting etc all seems off this year. So if you are always having a great connection and experience.. consider yourself lucky.

@Talkingben9558_XBL where is the insult that I made.? Do not down play what the op is saying. If he is saying the game is playing bad. Then that's what it is. Because the game this year does indeed play Bad at times.

@Redd666ish_PSN you are not an outlier in this. All the people commenting that they like mini seasons armt good at the game and prefer to play offline. Or they have time to play this game 8 hours a day. Which is fine for them. But your point is very valid.

@yankblan_PSN ok I'll put it to you this way. Unless you are a top 1 percent player who can over come the inconsistencies of the hitting engine this year, you are going to lose multiple games or win multiple games because of it. You'll lose when your input is better and you'll win when its worse than your oppenents. If you are ok with that? Fine. I am a ws player no slouch. I am pretty sure i know what I am witnessing and talking about.

@yankblan_PSN you literally just did diminish how he felt though. Smh. Yes every year there are complaints. But this year feels worse. Not feels. Is worse. Enough people are saying the same thing at this point, its now becoming factually correct.
