Doing some showdown’s and my PCI is very laggy out of nowhere. Anyone else seeing this??

It does that to me sometimes. No idea why, but it kinda freaks me out

Menus are laggy as well. We all know those SDS servers are hot garbage so I’m done playing for now.

In my experience, directional is good for home runs (especially when you wait for an off speed hanging pitch, or a very situational set up (something like defensive shifts or perhaps avoiding a double play). But I find zone more effective to get general hits because I feel I have more control on where in the zone i want to hit the ball (top or bottom part of the bat)……in short I find that when you are set up in a situation (like a moment) directional is useful, but when I need tb’s or just wanna fill the bases, I find zone more helpful……everyone is different though I’m sure.

I feel like making myself get used to zone has helped me improve a lot faster than I would have with directional, because when I make a bad swing I have better feedback to tell me exactly what I did wrong.

I can totally echo this! I find it useful in exactly the way you just said.

So played a game of ranked tonight. On my line up screen it showed my opponent using Glavine. The game starts and pitches are doing the weird little teleport out of his hand. He is also hitting 102mph. I asked for a friendly but he refused.

Shortly after the game freezes so I contact the other player. He sends me a screen shot showing he was actually using Crochett and not Glavine. He said he used Glavine a couple of starts earlier but he was gassed.

On my game history it also shows my opponent to be an Xbox player but he was clearly on PS. He was nice enough to back out so I did get the win. Anyone ever have this happen??

Yea this happened against me one time in BR dude had a RHP and ball was coming out like he was a lefty. Guy did say he was at friends house with bad internet.

Wish I could get ahold of one, I've had 7 different ones in carts not let me purchase it.

Agree with the initial post, but if I can add something slightly ot...why are there even starters who can throw 102 mph...every pitch...for an entire outing?!?
It’s usually the sinker and how it’s used that gets the most complaints, but the above seems even less realistic and stupid to me.

Its funny how much this gets brought up but only with guys throwing 102. If you’re going to have fatigue affect speed variations, it has to be with all pitchers

It should be all pitchers, its always been silly that pitchers are deep in the yellow, 110 pitches in and they're still hitting top velocity with pretty decent control.
