Would there be any chance of getting a home run air-raid siren added soon, so we can include it in our list of sound effects in DD? I know I’ve heard the air raid siren used when playing the CPU, and one of my pitchers gives up a bomb. I would really like to add that sound effect to when one of my “boys” blasts a dinger. Right now I’m using the thunder effect, but the air raid siren would be so much better, enjoyable and realistic. Especially since the sound effect is already in the game for CPU teams.

Twice in a row yesterday morning (7/6/26), immediately after getting the third out in the top of the 9th to defeat my opponent, I got smacked in the face with “Lost Connection” and thus was treated as if I was the one who quit the game, and a 14-1 victory with 5 HRs and 17 base hits, and 9-1 win with 3 more HRs and 12 hits was wiped out. The games were over -- the victories as well as all the accumulated stats that were to go towards winning packs were gone -- I was so irritated that I didn’t play another game until late last night, hoping whatever bug is hitting the system had worked its way out. I know SDS doesn’t want any of these problems to occur, but WOW, this season has been unbelievably rough.

A couple of days ago, I was also getting the Account Restricted message when attempting to place dupes on the market. I discovered that if I closed the app and then came back, the restriction was lifted for a few more “transactions” before getting another restricted message. Needless to say, I was getting frustrated, but I chalked it up to another App bug hitting the system. Yesterday and so far today, I’ve been able to unload dupes without getting another restricted message.

Thanks, @SDS_JoeK_PSN. I’m also having trouble naming new stadiums. After naming, saving, and adding to “My Stadiums,” when I attempt to play in a created stadium, the name shows up wrong. It’s very weird.

@dbub_PSN Yeah -- that’s another one I forgot to mention. That would be a good spot for Kevin Youkilis or, even better, Jason Varitek, who is back this season. Kiki’s will always be a Dodger in my mind --

Although this may sound like a complaint, it’s not meant to be. I just find having Larry Walker as a StL Cards reward odd. Yes, he played for them at the end of a great HOF career but appeared in just 144 games. I associate Walker with the Rockies. Someone like Ryan Ludwick or a return of Yadi Molina or Albert Pujols would make more sense, wouldn’t it?

The same goes for Eloy Jimenez with the White Sox. SDS couldn’t make a gold Paul Konerko card?

Reggie Sanders for the Reds ... how about Deion Sanders instead?

I’m sure money has something to do with it. Maybe Yadi and Albert want more money than SDS is willing to pay. I would have to believe that’s the case with “Prime Time” Deion.

@SaveFarris_PSN I’m all for whatever would work and pay tribute to Ueck. The Capt idea is intended to be a tip of the hat to him, and having his card be a 72 signify his mediocrity as a player. The twist is him as a captain would boosts everyone on the team.

But I’m definitely on board for a Ueck program, too! That would be great.

Hey Everybody -- I sent out a tweet yesterday to SDS, Ramon and others I know who work with SDS with an idea. How great would it be if there was a Bob Uecker Captain card (maybe give him a 72 rating) where he boosts everyone on your DD squad?

If you like this idea, please let SDS know -- I think it could be a lot of fun and also pay tribute to "Mr. Baseball" - a truly wonderful guy.

I'm having the same issue. I finally got a PS 5 on Friday and was excited to try some of the created stadiums. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos to understand the process and followed the directions to the letter, and yet I can't get past the "Failed to upload" message even though I am online and signed in. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Y'all -- I'm curious as to how, in general, our community feels about using favorite cards well past the number of games a particular guy played during his card's season.

Personally, I look to see how many games he played and keep him active up until that point. If he played 125 games, I'll use him for 125 games and then "retire" his card for some other player in an effort to keep things I can control semi-realistic. However, I've often noticed some like to play cards long past their expiration date, as some star players will have 200+ games under their belt, and have launched 100 HRs, 200 RBIs ... I get everyone has their own way of doing things - I'm just curious as to everyone's reasonings -- would love to read different opinions if anyone would like to leave theirs.

HA HA -- I believe Ramone might have said something about Rogers' Centre changes during the Dev Tournament. Worst case, if not ready by launch, I'm sure they'll do like they did last year w/ Camden Yards and update it in an early patch.

I checked mine early this morning (7:30 am CT) and it was in the process of downloading. But I noticed it showcased the Jazz cover, and I bought the Digital Deluxe version w Jeter on the cover. Do I need to be worried that they’re downloading the wrong version?

Although I've been a longtime player since the very early days of The Show from the late '90s, early 2000s, I've never understood how to play conquest maps -- is there any tips and/or videos that really break it down into simple terms ... sort of a Conquest for Dummies tutorial?
