Did they get the changes to Rogers Centre done in time to put it in this years game?

Thats a question no one in here could answer other than the devs and its probably one you're gonna have to wait until launch to find out.

I'm going to expect it later in the season, like how the Orioles park was. The reality is the Jays weren't even announcing the new dimensions and etc until like January despite the reno starting in October.

Probably not. Same for Comerica.

I believe this was answered a couple years ago, devs said they needed the details with pics or at least concept drawings by November to make it in,otherwise not till the following year.
since then, they did update Camden yards mid season,however.

HA HA -- I believe Ramone might have said something about Rogers' Centre changes during the Dev Tournament. Worst case, if not ready by launch, I'm sure they'll do like they did last year w/ Camden Yards and update it in an early patch.
