Am I seeing this right that we needed to have 4 correct guesses to get any reward? I only got four choices total. So if n order to get anything from our correct choices ,we needed to be right on all 4 since it looks as a collection of 4 to get the reward? [censored] I think I’m gonna be done playing this game for the yr. Absolutely ridiculous

So you guys gave us codes in the stream but we get a 404 error everytime we try to put them in. Come on man this is ridiculous

Is something wrong with the app today? Everytime I try to log in I get stuck on the load up page to put my psn ID in. It won’t load passed that.

Anyone know what the difference is between all 3 HR derby choice packs? Why is one cheap then the other 2 are 30,000 and 40,000 but all say the same thing about the odds of pulling the guys? Why are the prices different?

Do you guys ever plan on addressing the glitch with not showing the game summary on the PS4 system after you complete a game? It’s aggravating to back out and go into the program to see what you’ve completed. Seems to work fine on the ps5 system but not the PS4.

Nope. I've had 6 crashes on Xbox Series X.

Cards that say Set 1 will stay Set 1 regardless of when you acquire them.

Thanks didn’t know if they were gonna completely remove the entire set collection after the new season drops.

Have you (or anyone else) submitted bug reports? That’s the only thing I’ve done other than just playing and somehow it seems to be working on my end again. It’s very frustrating that it has not been acknowledged by SDS so people know what to do to resolve it instead of just guessing.

Can you post a link to where to report a bug?

We’ve seen some users mention not seeing or not receiving wheel spins after crossing the 25k XP threshold in the bonus section of the XP Reward Path.

There are a few steps you can take if you believe you were not granted a wheel spin properly:

1. Go into the XP Reward Path screen in Diamond Dynasty. This will sometimes update your XP to be completely current and could trigger the wheel spin.
2. Close app, and go back into Diamond Dynasty. This will sometimes trigger the wheel spin. However, this is a visual of a previously acquired spin, so if you have already opened or received the rewards for that spin (see step 3), it may appear that you didn’t receive anything.
3. Check your packs and inventory. The wheel spin may have taken place in the background, without the visual game showing, and thus you may have already been granted the rewards. If you do not have new packs, it’s possible you’ve opened them already, or your reward for that particular wheel spin was 7,500 stubs.

If you have gone through all these steps, and still believe you were not properly granted rewards, please put in a support ticket here:

The support team can look into your account and the wheel spins you’ve accrued, and determine if the rewards were given properly.

I’ve had it not give me my wheel twice if I complete the wheel in mini seasons. And I’ve logged in got the wheel pulled my first and only boss pack from the wheel only to log in and not have my pack there. Very frustrating

What’s going on with the crashing ? I’m currently on vacation so I haven’t been on…. I’m really hoping when playing franchise mode you get to the 7th or sometimes 8th inning and the game crashes and you have to start the game all over again because this was happening last year as well I’m really hoping that’s not happening

In Vs. Computer basically when you get to the 9th your game just hard stops. It’s not disconnecting from the internet, the game just closes. Each console has a different error message. It was happening to me in Conquest as well but seems to ah e stopped, though another player said today how is still doing it in conquest too. I haven’t played mini season in 2 days but it was crashing there as well and one player on here said it did it during one of his moments in the new MA program. That one I haven’t been able to replicate but I doubt doubt it. Vs. Computer is the worst because you play 8 innings trying to get points for missions or XP and then it just closes so you basically just wasted the time for that full 8 innings

What I have been trying to do, and it's annoying trust me, is playing 3 innings or getting the required ABs to get PXP and then quitting before it crashes. Mine only crashes in between innings so I hold my breath each half inning.

Im successful like 75% of the time right now. I still get crashes as early as the 2nd inning. But at least I'm not wasting my time 100% of the time. I wont go past inning 3 anymore until they fix this.

The fact they haven't fixed it yet, before the weekend, before all the new contennt drop, is beyond absurd.

Crazy that we have to do that to play a game we paid for. Lol I hope they do fix this soon because it’s really aggravating. Lol
