So how long will we have to deal with all modes now crashing in this game?

For the love of all that’s Holy can we fix this bleeping bunt [censored] with the bad animations that let people get hits when they actually can’t hit? I just played a guy who got back in the game every time I got a lead with that stupid bunt cheese. And of course everytime no matter the catcher 3rd baseman SS 2b P they all got the slow animation that allowed this corniness to happen. It sucks to lose to someone who breaks out of a funk in the game with bunt cheese. Rant done lol but I’m serious SDS fix this bulljive

I can’t stand this Bleep online anymore. Every [censored] yr it’s the same. Patches just ruin everything. Pitching is still broke. You get pop ups and fly outs for good timing,but give up dribblers in the IF and lazy fly balls that drop because your OF has a brain fart and leaves for the ball late. I want to take my PS4 and smash it into a million pieces. You let these suckas use common RHP in the the LHP Moonshot event cool. But when I’m getting good timing and popping up off that [censored] when I should be destroying a 64 ovr P that is straight [censored] sauce in an event called moonshot it just makes you want to frisbee your disc out the window. All I want to do is have fun and relax after work and play this game,but you can’t even do that because your game is broken and just doesn’t play well. I don’t want to hear anything from you sds stans about it plays great get good. Just shut up and save it. It doesn’t play good and hasn’t for years now. Gaming is supposed to relieve your stress and be fun,not cause more stress to the point you feel the need to write a long [censored] rant on said games website because you don’t want to smash your console. People steal bases at will because when you go to throw them out you have to wait until the C stands up before hitting the button to throw them out. Before as soon as you seen the base runner take off you could pre load the C throw meter,but now if you do the C just stands there and doesn’t throw the ball. Everything except the content completely sucks in this game. I truly hope you make some serious changes for next yr SDS. I love baseball and this by far is the top game since it’s the only one. But I hope EA starts making baseball again and gives y’all some competition so you will stop robbing us all and make a quality game once again. So disappointed ,every yr for the past 5 yrs we’ve been dealing with a broken version of this game. You guys will patch an XP glitch with the quickness,but will act like your deaf dum and blind when we ask you to fix the real problems with this game. It’s ridiculous that you can fix things that would help people rank up fast, but when it comes to the game that is broke, that you want us to grind so we can rank up the way you want,you leave it broken. But I know SDS Stans get good the game plays fine start getting perfect perfect instead of good vs 64 ovr common guys if you want to get a hit or HR. Lmao rant over have a great day

So you gave us a collection that is only attainable by paying for stubs. Seeing how the 42 series players you need are the ones you get for free with your pre order. The only way to get them is through the market for 32,0000 a piece. Absolutely ridiculous. Give us a collection we can at least grind for the cards that go into the collection to complete. But nah let’s make them buy stubs to complete this mission. Do better SDS

Well just played my first two games of the event. And I can see what everyone is complaining about. Dear god y’all need to fix this trash. Pitches go wherever they want no matter how perfect you are. Good good are pop outs constantly,while just early get HR. I think my blood pressure went up after those two games. Rant over.

There post is probably the worst thing you could do if you want to get your stuff back and not look like a clown! They will get you whatever you are missing, but you need to be patient. Nobody cares that you are a whiny, impatient crybaby on here!

BBB doesn't have any authority to do anything. That said, going to BBB is a good way to get the attention of a company because it's highly regarded and a negative review from them will hurt the company. Also, BBB complaints for any larger company usually get handled by someone much higher up in a company than a customer service rep and therefore generally cost a company more money(time is money) AND will generally get you a more favorable result.

All I want is for them to stop going ghost. I think the whole issue is ridiculous at the end of the day. I shouldn’t have to even do that. What should happen is they should have a better customer service team to help out their paying customers. Me calling them isn’t the problem,the problem is the way they treat the so called community that they love so much. If that’s the case then fix the problem,reach out and communicate better and there will be no need to call the BBB for the same issue that happens every yr in this game. Everyone always trying to make up excuses for SDS when they are flat out wrong. There’s never any accountability,just trolls in the comments section telling you how your so wrong for doing that. Give them a chance to fix it. Nah bruh how about you hold them accountable for their mess up. Not come at me for speaking facts. Just because you take my money,doesn’t mean I have to praise you at all times even when your at fault. I just want them to keep it a buck and fix the problem. Tell me,how does giving me back a card that is meant for the beginning of the game as a top card weeks later when better cards have now come out to use that now make the card they took for the month obsolete gonna fix this issues? The whole reason for the pre order was to get those diamond players and start off with a nice team. So now you give it back when it is no longer a useful card? Just don’t see how that fixes the fact that we paid $100 and will never get the use out of what we paid for the pre order. So once again SDS will just simply say here’s your card ticket fixed. SMH do better SDS just do better!

Still haven’t got my stuff back that you took from me. I got the game early. Sad part is it seems by the time you give me back my Randy Johnson the card won’t be useful. Thank you for taking my $100 and screwing me over. Apr 14 and I still don’t have my pre order stuff. Got to use it for 4 days and poof good bye. L

Feel much better now that I’ve contacted the BBB y’all play to many games with peoples money during a time in this country where inflation is ridiculous. Worst part is all the little kids who don’t know any better and have been robbed of their stuff and will never get it back. I’m so disappointed in this fiasco. Can’t believe I had to call the BBB to try and get this resolved. Should’ve been nice and simple,ask for my gamer tag look at my purchase view my inventory see that I’m missing my item and return it. But nope y’all wanna play games and send emails asking if we got our stuff back. Then we respond and hear nothing back. Love love love this game,but now your playing with my money and I won’t even be able to use the card by the time it gets put back because it is now becoming obsolete with all the new content dropping. I’m sorry Victor and I know how angry you get when we express our disappointment and dissatisfaction when SDS screws us over like this,but you need to hear it. Especially from us parents who work 2 jobs and buy our kids this stuff that you go and take back. Not sure how you can even make this right at this point. We’re almost in may and them cards are not useful for the same amount of time they were at launch. I don’t expect you to reply as this isn’t a post giving you props. But I do hope you read it because this all could’ve been avoided with better communication on your part and SDS part. In Vs. Computer basically when you get to the 9th your game just hard stops. It’s not disconnecting from the internet, the game just closes. Each console has a different error message. It was happening to me in Conquest as well but seems to ah e stopped, though another player said today how is still doing it in conquest too. I haven’t played mini season in 2 days but it was crashing there as well and one player on here said it did it during one of his moments in the new MA program. That one I haven’t been able to replicate but I doubt doubt it. Vs. Computer is the worst because you play 8 innings trying to get points for missions or XP and then it just closes so you basically just wasted the time for that full 8 innings

What I have been trying to do, and it's annoying trust me, is playing 3 innings or getting the required ABs to get PXP and then quitting before it crashes. Mine only crashes in between innings so I hold my breath each half inning.

Im successful like 75% of the time right now. I still get crashes as early as the 2nd inning. But at least I'm not wasting my time 100% of the time. I wont go past inning 3 anymore until they fix this.

The fact they haven't fixed it yet, before the weekend, before all the new contennt drop, is beyond absurd.

Crazy that we have to do that to play a game we paid for. Lol I hope they do fix this soon because it’s really aggravating. Lol
