SDS hates the switch.

I agree. It's an awesome idea. They just need to invest in it more.

stadium creator might have been the most poorly designed feature ever in a video game. They went out of their way to make it suck.

Im pretty disappointed that SDS didn't build a Switch 2 version of the game like all the other sports games. Even madden was on switch 2 last summer so there was plenty of time. I've been buying the ps5 and switch game for the past couple years. Offline grinding is fine on the switch. Conquest, mini seasons, etc.

Hoping this years release is even better but I won't be satisfied until they build a switch 2 port. The switch 2 is very capable.

SDS did not optimize the game for Switch 2 which is a complete fail.

its only a partial download too. The rest downloads as you go through the painful tutorial as soon as release drops.

I don't think we can say there will be no switch 2 optimized version for 2026. Not enough info yet. It would be pretty poor to not improve the game with the switch 2 being as capable as it is.

I always buy it for both ps5 and the switch(in 2026 switch 2). Historically only used switch for offline grinds like moments and mini seasons. I'm hoping it is capable to playing online this year.

The switch 1 version could run at 1000 fps and still be a POS. The resolution is awful. I'd be happy with much higher resolution even at lower fps. I think PS4 only ran at 30 fps. I could be wrong on that though. That was long ago.

Are any of you planning for the switch 2 to be your primary console for the show 2026?

The HOF process is imperfect. I don't think you can say Jimmy ballgame should get in because a similar performing player got in. I'm a cardinal fan so I know the player well. I think he and Jones are fringe candidates (similar to Rolen). No issues with them getting in but also understand if they don't. ‍️

There is no switch 2 version of the game yet. We should see that this spring. The 2025 game runs on the switch 2 but it's not optimized for it. It's the switch 1 version simply running better on the switch 2 hardware. My expectations are that the 2026 version of the game is more on par with the PS4. Switch 2 optimized games look fantastic on the platform.

I use both PS5 and Switch simultaneously. All progress on both platforms is synced.

I have also tracked the same on 3x5 notecards. Program trackers within the mobile app would be ideal. Great suggestion @xxfade45xx_psn
