I’ve already had problems with my RTTS not loading and now my franchise file will not load! WTF SDS?!

Under rewards, it will note when you get your first but that’s it. If you throw a 2nd (or more), it doesn’t record it.

I had the same problem with the Brewers. Run support improved after a few starts.

I went to continue my RTTS and the file will not load! It goes to start a new career. If I click to load a file, it shows the file but will not load. I’m in June of my second season. My player was a pitcher with the Brewers and we won the World Series in 7 games over the Yankees. I don’t want to restart and play in the minors again. WTH?!

Anyone have any scouting tips for this year’s game?

Player doesn’t look like the face scan.

Scanned my face. Player card looks like me. Player during a game does not look like me. Also, equipment is a problem. My player doesn’t wear batting gloves or glasses even though I’ve equipped them. I feel like this was a problem in previous years too.

How is the hitting this year? Last year, I felt like I like I often late/ early on my timing when compared to previous years.

Will the current companion app for The Show 22 work for 23 or will we need to download a different app?

Does anyone know if this year’s game will have the pitch clock, bigger bases and banned shifts?

In RTTS in 21, if you made a pitcher and fielder player, you could not DH in the same game you were pitching. Did they change that in 22?

I should have mentioned that I mostly play RTTS and franchise.

I have last year’s game. I’m fine with it but I’m looking at this year’s version. Is it worth it to buy this year’s game or should I wait until next year? There doesn’t seem to be much that’s changed and I see lots of people upset at hitting in 22. Thoughts?

Is there a way to move a player to the minors during spring training/ before the season and not have it count towards their number of options?

With the changes in the game from the new CBA, will those changes also be in the game? I’m thinking things like draft lottery, bigger bases, 12 team playoffs, etc? Maybe in a day 1 patch?

1. In franchise, more options when your contract is up. You only get high budget teams and there are only 4 choices. Some times I want the challenge of low budget teams. Give me more than just 4 choices.

2. Also in franchise, carry over minor league stats. It would be helpful to see players stats in previous seasons.

3. Option to change positions in RTTS. Maybe I start out in left field but want to switch to right field or second base. It would be cool if the team came to you asking to move to help the team (like they want to sign a player at your position).

4. Play in in All Star game as both pitcher and position player.

5. In Franchise, ability to improve budget (like in the past). We used to be able “buy” millions to improve our budget with stubs.

6. Agent calls more often in RTTS.

7. Rumor mill in both Franchise and RTTS. If you heard a rival was looking to make a trade deadline deal and you could counter it.

8. Franchise, know which players will be Rule 5 picks before the season was over. You could trade them away instead of possibly losing them.

Wish list for future games is to have more choices available when your contract is up. Just finished my contract with Seattle and I want to move on but I don’t like my choices. I’ve tried loading the file a few times but nothing looks appealing. All the options are high budget teams. I like the opportunity to try smaller budget teams but don’t want to start a new franchise file every time. If I’m successful in a contract, I’d like more options.

Can you wait until after the trade deadline? RidinRosters will have a new on with trades and this year’s draft class after the deadline.

Ohtani was able to pitch and hit in the All Star Game. My player is league leading for both hitting and pitching but I could only pitch in the game. I hope they can patch this as an option in the future.
