So what moron has Devers not move up at least one from 81. Should be easy Diamond. He has always been slow to get love from SDS. He is on pace for a 44 HR, 140 RBI season. In 2019 he had 201 hits. Hes a Doubles machine. His Clutch rating is currently 80. WTH. 70+ RBIs at mid point of season. And quit making him an idiot defensively. SDS continues to drop the ball with Devers. An Allstar with a 3 year track record of getting it done and having another great season. And yet he is stuck at 81. Morons

Walsh plays a solid RF when needed too. His BA against lefties is about .180 though. Definitely should have gone up 1 to Diamond
Much like Devers should be easy Diamond. On pace for 44 HR and 140 RBI and stuck at 81. Doubles machine who had 201 hits in 2019, so great track record too.

Wasnt that tough honestly. Use Power swing and start bat location low to elevate for HRs. If you need a SB, stop at 1B on a gapper. Stealing is easy. Just wait for move home and move stick right quickly. No need to anticipate. Just be quick. I hit a lot of HRs in this. Also hit quite a few with a 3-2 Count. So be patient.

My favorite is either major league or field of dreams, depending on whether I wanna laugh or I'm feeling sentimental lol. Unpopular opinion: Bull Durham is one of the worst movies I've ever seen, baseball or otherwise. I don't get how it always winds up on best of lists.
Well if you played minor league ball, it might hit home a little bit more. I was playing in the Carolina League the year it came out in 1988. Played many times at that exact ballpark. They had filmed summer scenes the winter before. Notice the cold air fog when guys would breathe. I believe it was released in May 1988 and the stands were packed once the movie came out. It was like a carnival there. Lots of fun. I loved the scene when the guys needed a night off so they flooded the field the night before. When I watch Bull Durham now, its like a time capsule back to 1988.

Idiots. 200k in stubs equates to $200 in real money. So yeah, if it happened to me, I would be ticked too. Give these people a break that had these issues. I havent had any issues that i have noticed personally, but im not ignorant enough to harp on those who have.

@SDwinder Did you play against the Winston-Salem Spirits?
For them. Never stayed overnight in Durham. Just a day trip from WS. Cool to see the exact unis in the movie.

Yeah they need to update his speed to 85.

Unless you are 65+ or have prior health issues, its no more fatal than the average flu. The sooner young healthy people....like pro athletes....get out and start living, the sooner we have complete herd immunity.
They are far more likely to get killed on the car on the way to the stadium than die from Covid-19. That doesnt stop them from playing.
Virtually everything you have heard about this virus is overblown or pure media driven panic porn lies.
They include positive anti body but asymptomatic patients -- meaning a person who is not sick -- in the positive test statistics.
The fans are even going to games again in Japan and Taiwan, without masks in many places.
If you are a young healthy person, you need to go out and live. There will never be a vaccine, and the more we delay natural herd immunity, the bigger than chance of a mutation or dangerous result from weakening our immune systems.
Dont sneeze in anyone's face, Wash your hands, be a responsible adult, and we will all be just fine.
Cancelling life will only make the suffering worse in the long term.
Another loser Trump Orangutan lemming. The man is a Psychopath and not fit for office. He is killing people with his lack of virus policies. Every word out of his mouth is a lie and the spin is only for re-election. The man is a disgrace and he will be kicked out of office in Nov.

Betts live card has plenty of power middle in. Very quick bat. Great D and can play 2B too. Same level card as Trout and Yelich in many ways.

The fact not a single one of you said The Sandlot is the best baseball movie ever sickens me. The Sandlot is THE best baseball move ever, bar none. Fact.
Fact, I was older than all the kids when that movie came out, if i was a few years younger, i may have liked it more.
I'm an 80s kid not a 90's kid.
I like it, but it is not even close to my favorites, it maybe in the top 10.
Proof this site needs a downvote option!
Age will make a difference to current perception. When The Natural came out, I was in college playing ball in So Cal, and it seemed kinda corny to me. As time has gone on, the nostalgia side of me really loves it now.
The Sandlot was fun but not even in the same league as many others IMHO. But then I was in my 30s when it came out. But I could still relate to neighborhood youth ball very well. Just felt the writing and direction not up to par. The Bad News Bears was a similar movie but better casting, writing, and direction.
But its all good. Anything that you enjoy and brings back fond memories is a great thing.

Need more Topps Now players so I can finish and get Trout 99.

Need 4 more to get Trout 99.

Dont lock him in. You wont be able to sell when he goes up to 150k.
-
Better one bird in the hand then 2 in the bush.
-
Yeah I noticed that but guessing they will be when it can be actually br finished.

Bichette is great. Easy quick swing, big power. Chose him. 2HRs first game
-
Yes higher stable framerate in every ballpark. Hopefully, online will be as smooth as offline.
-
Blackmon is great off bench. Griffey Sr is great value but Betts for me has been great. Crushes middle in pitches. Very quick bat

Betts crushes inside pitches
