Please make sure that you are reporting the error through your console so that we can investigate what may be occurring. Adding any sort of notes to the crash report, such as "Crash when creating new ballplayer" will be incredibly helpful.

For anyone else having the issue, please contact customer support so they can both fix your issue as well as track what may be happening so that a permanent fix can be put in place. Thank you!

I have the same problem on my PS4. I have submitted a report ticket on the issue but have received no response.

Your account looked to be fixed already, I saw you made progress in the XP Reward path and unlocked items.

Pretty sure that's because I was playing the demo game. I still have the problem; I can send timestamped photos to prove it if you need that.
