That's what we need - another Yankee card (Trevino). As of a few days ago the Yankees already had 30 non-live series cards in their collection. The next closest were the Phillies with 25 and the Red Sox with 20.

Meanwhile 14 teams have fewer than 15 non live series cards.

Nothing against Trevino but but I am sure some other performances that week were also worthy. Performances by players on teams that don't have a lot of extra cards already.

They did but it was for the previous week I believe.

Thank you all for the kind words of support and understanding. I have always had a soft spot for the senior dogs who get overlooked due to their age. So over the last eleven years, I have adopted seven little ones (5 pugs, one dachshund, and of course, one mini schnauzer, hence my username). If DFW Pug Rescue was correct and he really did live to be nearly 18, I can’t be sad for him. He wasn’t cheated out of any time on earth, and he has been unbelievably spoiled over the years. So he had a great life, and I can only be sad for me.

I volunteer with the pug rescue organization as often as possible, so I am fostering new intakes pretty frequently. When the time is right, I will be ready to give a good home to another dog. And hopefully he or she will love playing MLB:TS as much as Nestor and I did.

Just out of curiosity; do you still have his water dish/bowl?

If you do and it is deep enough get some dirt and an indoor houseplant.

Place the plant in the dirt in the dish and wrap his collar around the bowl.

And by houseplant; I mean something that you can get at a nursery! Lol

Same thing happened to me after I hit 1000 for the first time. I went to play a game, the PXP accumulated and showed up, but the game after that it is reset back to 0 and all progress is gone.

I don't think that's why people pay a premium. These cards will probably be in line to get an attribute upgrade so it's a great investment card.

Also, LS Happ got boosted from a 74 to a 90 because he hit a game winning double during a 3 hit game. That constitutes a 16 pt boost come the Roster Update?

Even if he gets boosted to an 80 (6pts) his QS value would be 400 stubs and maybe level out a 1000 stubs.

But yet people are willing to pay 2K for a Bronze?

I hate to say it but it's just a plow for them to get you to buy stubs.

Only benefit I can see is that he'll have a boost for the first 1.5 days of the new Event.

Still not work 2K.

It’s just the novelty of the supercharge thing. People want to play with something shiny and new. I have a very strong suspicion that in 3 or 4 weeks, once the newness of the supercharge thing has worn off, we wont see a drastic change in the price of cards that have a temporary boost.

I'd be down to discuss the activity level required for a year long fantasy league, versus a weekly league with inning caps and move limitations, but I don't have any clue what you're trying to say.

It’s gone. They sort of merged the inning program and TA. I don’t like it based on how they explained it, but I will trust that SDS has something in mind and that this will be better than it sounds. The gameplay has plenty of faults, but SDS has been killing it content-wise for years. No reason not to trust them as far as that goes. They’ve earned the benefit of the doubt with content.

You're not lying. Joe Morgan also has a claim.

And Joe Morgan's defence at 2B is really outstanding. He recently saved a late game 1 run lead for me with bases loaded and 1 out making a great diving stop to start a 4-6-3 DP.

It’s a great game but as far as a racing sim F1 is miles ahead for me. If you haven’t tried it see if the old one is on sale, pure racing sim, real damage to cars, zero pay to win structure and it’s made by the best gaming company in the world.
