I think we all agree there are people who need to lose their jobs at SDS.
At this point, if I was the owner, heads would roll!
Then again I'd also test the [censored] out of my OWN product, stress test and make sure this wouldn't happen EVERY YEAR in the first place.
Think the biggest issues are the people in charge NEVER use their own products.
This gets old!
Sadly, we don't all agree. The fact that there are people that still do not want to hold these people accountable for a product sold, released, and still broken on pretty much every level 2 weeks later, is why they keep doing it. Companies like this know that there will be no repercussions because at the end of the day, these fans will continue to be happy with them and support them. I personally think that the entire QA team and whoever is the head of development need to be fired. They have utterly failed to do their job.
