i have the live series collection finished. only collection I haven't done is the Vlad hyper series collection. Just didn't know if it was worth the stubs or not. I have a little over 1.5 mil currently.

Is this collection worth finishing for 150k stubs with season 2 around the corner and the cards in the collection being CORE cards?
Thanks!
Which is better?
well this post went differently than i expected... i see the people on this forum are about as helpful as the madden community is on MUT.gg.
Y'all have a nice day.

Turn around and bring the game back to the store you bought it from and get a refund.
got it for free on gamepass... thanks though

You're not really new to The Show if you just skipped last years game. Its the same formula every year.
the only game I ever played was 22... so really this is only my second time ever playing - and it definitely seems different than that year. it had 9 innings or so and it seems like the first program in 24 is over 90 days long.
Haven't played since MLBTS 22, what should I do first in Diamond Dynasty? Just downloaded the game last night.
For the missions for 4th inning program there’s a mission that says “Tally 10 home runs with any All-Star Series or Future Star Series players in online modes.”
Does this mean All-Star series as in the 96-99’s that were released last week? Or all-star cards that have been released throughout the entire year?
The event isn’t worth it for 85-89’s. If they would’ve uncapped the rewards it would’ve been a lot better
So if i’m winning, I usually wait it out. Go run errands, grab lunch/dinner, or just go to bed and leave the xbox on overnight.
This is my first year playing The Show and I’m not the greatest player (I believe I'm around 79-62 overall in RS with a 792 rating). But if i’m winning a game that’ll push me to the next division, i’ll wait it out.
faced Corbin Burnes earlier who has 88 stamina... he threw 110 pitches and still had half of his energy bar filled and it was green. Would’ve thought that running his pitch count up would’ve depleted his energy but nope.
@untchable704_psn said in Online matchmaking regional?:
Yes it is. I am in SC and at least half of my games are against gamecocks and unc fans.
Same here. I rock UNC jerseys (originally from NC - just moved to the Upstate last summer). Lot of my games are against UNC, SC, or Clemson. Had a few games against Duke fans. But then I also get some high schools from the Upstate area as well. So that triggered my thought about region matchmaking as well.
Is online matchmaking region based? I guess there’s no way to truly know without chatting with the person you are playing about where they live... but it seems like based on custom uniforms, I get matched with a lot of guys in cities near mine. I see a lot of custom jerseys in RS and events that are of local high schools near me. Just something I was curious about.
@whiskeyone_psn said in What’s everyone’s thought on pinpoint pitching?:
Is there a tutorial for pinpoint? Normally I don't need one but it's so weird.
In the game? Not really. But several content creators have made one. The most effective tutorial I’ve seen has been from MovieGaming on YouTube.
Are they soft grounders that beat the shift?
I’m a new player this year. Started out on analog and switched to pinpoint and holy cow it’s amazing.
Hey guys!
I know that the daily moment updates every day at 12 PM EST. However, my game says that it updates at 5:00 PM every day. My console is set to EST and everything like that. It’s not a huge deal, other than the fact that I’m OCD and it bothers me that it’s not showing the correct time.
Any idea how to fix this?
@cubandoctor21 said in HR with pci not even on it?:
The opposing player PCI feedback does not work properly. Thats why we have these posts every day about "the other player hit homeruns with terrible PCI placement". Their PCI placement does not match what you are seeing on the feedback. I have no proof on that but I wish someone would make a video to prove it so people stop claiming this is happening every day
Are we sure about this? I was playing a twitch streamer the other day and my PCI feedback matched with what he was being shown.
sounds like he only gave up 0 runs...

For a new MLB The Show player, what does this mean?
