I’m thrilled. Xbox user - haven’t had a legit baseball game in who knows how long... loving the show. Took me about 3 days to get the timing down on a fastball. Was always late. Now starting to time it up more.

The event isn’t worth it for 85-89’s. If they would’ve uncapped the rewards it would’ve been a lot better

I'm about 350k stubs away from getting him... pulling Mike Trout early on helped a ton.

Happened to me and I got credited with a loss because of it. Very frustrating

would be impossible to do 35 days in a month that has 31 days... so i imagine we’ll have multiple moments worth 2 points.

So are you saying you have to play rtts, because I'm not going to do that. If so, this was very poorly thought out by SDS.

Yes. Have to play RTTS to boost the stats up to their max abilities. The Hawk is by far the best. My hawk archetype has 108 contact and 125 power on both sides with 99 vision and 81 speed and 92 fielding.

log into DD, play one PA with your CAP against the CPU, back out and then go back into RTTS and it should start counting. I’ve grinded 10 Diamond Archetypes over the last 3 days and everything has counted for me.

Xbox Series X user here. Played Madden Ultimate team in the past, so have some experience with game modes similar to Diamond Dynasty. Any users of both that can relate them? Looking forward to playing The Show and DD game mode. What's the first things to do upon release on Thursday night at midnight?

Just looking for any tips to get a head start. Will have about $100 to spend on the game as well. Is there an in game currency that's best to buy? or packs?

I’m loving seeing this over and over on this post. Glad to know that MLB The Show is viewed as much better than MUT. MUT finally killed me towards the Christmas last year. It just started getting worse and worse. Looking forward to The Show after seeing all these replies to this post.

Seems similar to MUT in that sense... i avoid packs at all times over there. What is considered “a lot of stubs”? Thousands? Millions? As i became more experienced in MUT, was able to save upwards of 5-6 million coins. Is stubs the same way?

Does DD have an app that can be used to place bids and purchase/sell cards? (I.e. Something similar that MUT has?)

I think it’s based on the month. So the 10 gives everyone who got the game on actual release day can finish it by playing every day. Early access gives you lead way to miss a day or two and not be penalized for it.

Yeah I’m not sure if they carry over or not. I’ll still do mine - doesn’t take much time at all.

Anything with exit velo boost is the way to go. Since I’ve been taking those, I’ve been winning a lot more.

Ortiz has been a beast for me. Was able to finish the AL pretty easily because I pulled Trout and 2 Gerrit Cole's (could sell one). Working on the NL now. Got the East and the West to complete and I'll be done. Think i'm about 800k stubs away from getting Soriano (and Chipper).

I was getting 40k per BR game yesterday... knocked out the entire program in just a few games. Not sure why or how - but after each game it said 1-2k XP gained, i went to the 2nd inning program and my XP had increased by 40-50k every time.

I have mechanical man maxed out and with Power III, Power VII, Fielding VI, and Power I. The following stats at shortstop are are 96 contact from both sides, 119 power from both sides, 87 vision, 99 fielding, 78 arm, 99 reaction, 81 speed and 76 steal. You have to make sure you get all of your stats in RTTS to 50 overall

Ok...So I completed the RTTS to 100% also & that brought me up to Mid-90’s contact & power both sides, 91 vision, 99 fielding, 70 arm & 59 speed...I’ve got to be missing something else for the mechanical man to reach...

Equipment? Cause I’m still in bronze whatever and my guy got 90 power and like 85 contact.

I’m fully decked out.

And all of your RTTS stats are up to 50 overall in RTTS?

Where do I check? I see my stats but they’re not capped at 50 where I’m looking.

when you play RTTS, you get asked to do training sessions to increase your contact/vision/plate discipline/power/etc... After each game, you can see your attributes and the ratings.
