I had the same problem. I had Hicks on my team and it was the Playoff Kike Hernandez, in Hicks' uniform and with Kike's swing, but left handed. The announcer even called him Kike Hernandez. Like you, it would not let me add the Playoff Hernandez to my team as they said he was already being used.

I think that might be the part I am missing.

Can someone recommend some videos or post explaining how to play Conquest? Not just strategy, but on a granular "push this button to do this" level.

I have probably watched 20 different videos and they all mainly cover strategy. I am still not getting it when I go to play and seem to be stuck after playing one game.

Any Barry Bonds, but a 40/40 Bonds would be awesome.

I am playing Events and when the top of the first inning ended, my guys walked into the dugout and have been hanging out there for 20 minutes. They are just milling around and there is crowd noise. He scored in the top of the 1st.

Is this a freeze off?

I cannot access any menus or anything. The only button that does anything is the PlayStation button.

Today is the first day I have played online, so forgive my ignorance.
