So because all you see on the board is complaining you decided to make a post complaining about people complaining. So then aren't you basically doing the exact same thing?

If you are getting that mad at a video game that you are just pissed all the time, there is probably some deeper issues at play than the game itself. If it makes you that mad, stop playing and move on. I doubt you will get a refund but you can email SDS directly and ask I suppose but I seriously doubt that would work

Every year someone says the game will be dead. It'll still be going strong though will be less players than before

Every year the game is outselling the year before. They are going cross platform for one simple fact. Money. There is no baseball game on Xbox and will make close to double the money just by going there. Why is that hard to see? It's a good business move. Doesn't take away from how many people are playing the game mid July

You want them to dumb down diamond dynasty more than it already is? What is it that you want them to do for diamond dynasty to make it easier?

I'm absolutely an average player at best and I know that so if or when I go into ranked or events, I know I'm going to lose most of the time and tey to do the best I can. I try to practice and do all the offline stuff.

People have to face facts, some people just aren't good enough at the game to compete, simply put. I'm not, I know it and I enjoy the game.

There is a massive difference between using "mike hunt" as your player name because you are childishly stupid and what this person did. Good for reporting this and for anyone to not be on board with this kind of garbage being reported shows how insensitive people really can be. There is a line and that crossed by a mile

I really don't get the desire for a Derek Jeter card at all. I guess I get it for Yankee fans but there are so many better players that we could get other than him.

I don't know why this company does this with moments. I have a very hate type relationship with moments in this game and the last one so I decided to check out just how stupid things are.

Using the TN Adam Duvall moment, I played it 18 times where you have to get 8 total bases. I did it decently quickly but that isn't really the point. So in those 18 times I have done the moment, not completed, just the moment itself I saw 29.7% strikes. This is on veteran difficulty. I was walked 12 times mostly because I was trying to take a lot of pitches to see what would happen. I struck out 4 times and had numerous hits. I was also beaned 3 times. All 3 times with 2 strikes on me.

So then I jumped into play VS CPU and played vs Atlanta and Mac Fried. In those games, I only played 3 but the whole 9 inning games and faced 73.1% strikes. I drew 1 walk and wasn't hit by a pitch.

This speaks absolute volumes for me on how absolutely stupid these moments really are.

I know, I have no life but I just thought I'd share this completely useless info.

Im sorry but this is the same company that let 2 sony partners cheat so one could get closer to world series, live on air. Yes they matched up but they talked about it and NOTHING was done. Nothing surprises me with SDS anymore

Not really sure when it will drop but unless you play Diamond Dynasty and want to try to catch up on the cards I wouldn't buy this game in the current shape that it is in and just stick to 19. The fielding alone is enough to make me wish I didn't buy this game

I dont understand why the game doesnt just let the play carry out regardless of if the person quit or not. Shouldn't be that hard to do

Just look at the people that stream. Koogs, shelfy, that moron with the huge nose, mcgunski.... pretty much any of the clowns that are partners, or were anyways. These guys have a stream full of people that bash and trash anyone and anything at all whenever they can and the streamers are just giant, self absorbed douche bags. I only watch one or two here and there because they are helpful and generally decent guys to talk with when they are playing but most are just so pathetic.

Does not shock me in any way that this Streamer would ask for a friendly to get out of getting mercied so he could play someone that was easier to play against. Save yourself the hassle and just avoid most of these idiots. Guys like him give online gaming such a horrible rep

I played CollegeLefty. The only player I recognized from youtubes. Was never more into a game. He destroyed me but I learned quite a bit from how he set me up. The only other guy I would want to play is Ransom (dude with the hats) but he could beat my diamonds with commons.

Ransom and lefty both seem like good guys that don't talk down to their audience or whine and cry when something doesn't go their way. Basement dwellers like mcgunski, koogs, shelfy, fuzzy, rebel and that complete and utter garbage human being yourfriendkyle are just so ridiculous to watch. I have no idea why they have so many followers. I really enjoyed rebels meltdown, that was hilarious until he trimmed his video and deleted that part. I'd love to watch it again.

I'll admit, I haven't watched much of any of those guys for quite some time so things may be different now but I always check out lefty and ransoms vids.

Disagree strongly. I’m on my 7th time thru and it’s an easy grind for stubs and packs. Not sure what more you expect as this is already more rewarding than previous offline options.

Empty show packs and 1500 stub prospects are terrible rewards but maybe you just don't value your time

A normal person would look at the rewards as

22 Show packs
1 BIAH pack
2 prospect packs (or 6000 stubs)
17,000 stubs

Just to play about 21 games on rookie? Looks good to me. Or, like i said, a normal person who doesnt expect the best cards in the game handed to them for playing a video game for a few hours.

1] I have every good card in the game

2] normalcy to me is expecting the most for my time

3] throw a couple chase packs on top of those rewards is fair to me

Now if you're a welfare recipient used to the game or the government spoonfeeding you, then I'm guessing you don't expect much for your time, but in my lane, my time is valuable , if I spend "a few hours" of my time playing a game I'd like it to be rewarding, sorry if that hurts your feelings cuz your job/life sux but mine doesn't

You know what is funny about posts like this? The person who makes them is either extremely insecure about themselves and needs to "show off" to people they don't know just to get that good feeling or they are full of it. Either way talking down to welfare recipients or anything else is shameful and you really are an entitled douchebag.

I'm not trying to argue with you or be a douche but if you didnt truly know that quitting a freeze off gets you the loss or that you didnt know that it happens, why did you stay in the game for a full hour?

Out of curiosity, why cant you hit a ball perfectly and still hit into a double play? You can hit a perfect grounder right at someone. The foul ball perfect hit is a little weird though

If directional was such a huge advantage some people make it out to be, everyone would be using it. This comes up every year like clockwork. Stop making excuses that you lost and move on. If you are using zone, you have every advantage to hitting, low, high, outside, inside, dirt... zone outhits directional in every single situation unless you don't place the pci well.

If you are talking about newish players and true casuals, any online game is a nightmare. The ego and elite attitudes that go with video gaming is comical and pathetic. People love to beat down new players. Trash talking on things like call of duty and the overall shaming of skill is the same in all games. Just look what happens on this forum alone when someone new posts something and people pile on.

What a shock, talking down to people and being a condescending douche bag. Maybe you could try using the search function to see that there was more of these threads already around.
