Allow us to set custom settings for gameplay sliders in playing with friends
Get rid of second starting pitcher coming out of bullpen. It’s abused to much and not realistic.
They had an online franchise mode before. They got rid of it because they said it was to much of a strain on the servers and was causing disconnections. Ironically, there are still issues with the servers; so who knows if getting rid of that mode was beneficial.
They'll never incorporate an online friend vs friend mode that has custom sliders. To easy to boost missions and stats. Pretty sure the reason they went to having at least 8 batters having an AB to get any kind of PXP towards that game is because people were trying to boost stats by sending messages asking to boost stats for free wins.
It's bad enough that you can use certain created stadiums to boost stats vs the cpu.
"They got rid of it because they said it was to much of a strain on the servers and was causing disconnections."
I want a simple yes or no answer from you. Not some long winded spin. Do you think all the people who are flipping cards all day on the companion app causes problems with the game servers?
They got rid of online franchise to funnel those players to DD. That's a fact.
And I'm still waiting for you to explain how letting people finish against the CPU when their opponents quit is boosting.
I don't think you realize how ridiculous you sound half the time, Shawn.
Pretty sure the companion app is on a different server than the game.
Aren't they both down at the same time during maintenance? That leads me to believe they are on the same server.
As far as being to finish against the CPU when your opponent quits that's not what boosting is. You didn't plan to play the CPU. Your opponent quit. The decent thing would be to let you finish so you can complete any missions.
I don't play any CPU under All-Star, but many people fire up on rookie and finish these missions in 1 game. Is that boosting to you? 'm a slow and steady guy. I know they'll come eventually....
I don't know why you're so against letting people finish an online game against the CPU.
