What are you referencing? If you're talking about the two missions that state you have to get PXP with Extreme Program players; it's only the players yoy unlock in the path. It doesn't include any of the players from the packs.

You can only use season 3 seasons awards and Topps Now for the Topps Now and seasons awards missions, the general missions you can use any cards

doesn't expire but outside of SDS helping you out with you doing a ticket you might have to forego one of the henchmen missions and/or make sure you select whoever you don't get in BR... I've drafted Gallo in BR a couple of times and I'm almost done with his PXP Henchman Mission just from using him in BR.
