Okay, I hope you are enjoying your Friday and find some humor in my post. I’m in my 50’s and play with my grandson. I only found Franchise and playing the actual daily schedule interesting before I discovered DD. I was a huge card collector as a kid and I find myself hooked now. I built my team and found the default unis too plain so I decided to use the editor tool. It took me about three hours to figure out how to get a shape on the caps, jerseys, helmets & jackets. Ha ha. I was feeling pretty confident with my skills until I tried to update the socks and stirrups. My Away & Home models are Ohtani and Judge. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get high stirrups like I wore in Little League nor any stirrups for that matter. Ohtani remained with long pants and Judge high socks. I figured that even though I’m something of a nut job, I’d have to live with the socks as is. I start the next game with the GBL teams and lo and behold, different players have different style socks. Anyway, I’m enjoying the game tremendously. Thanks

Excellent for two days but today experienced the immediate one up or two up on buy price. Also, for everyone, the request verification error was addressed in the Companion App Forum section. The team is working on it per SDS.

So, I’m back playing the game after many years and I’ve always considered myself a fairly lousy hitter. My default difficulty is Veteran to All Star. I have two legs of the Buxton grind done but I’m only half way to the 250K PXP so after reading some posts, I decide to go up to the highest setting on the MURAL mini season for 9 innings because the ALL STAR one is already in play and I’m two wins from winning the championship and don’t want to fall just short plus you can earn a card at 7500 for any players. I figure I’ll get some points even if I get shut out. I end up winning 6-4. Ha ha. 8 hits with 2 or 3 homers. I think I ended up with about 7200 so I can play a game and get a card. Don’t sell yourself short like I did. You never know. UPDATE: It was LEGEND so I’m not going to take on Frostie or the other streamers quite yet. ️

I got a Chapman in one of the packs which I had just bought two days earlier and sold him for about 30K.

Ha! I was a pitcher when I was a kid and always played as a pitcher but the long haul one was as a hitter. I don’t know why I stuck it out so long. I was among the league leaders in homers some times but I couldn’t hit above .250 or so for average and I never got the call. Oh well. I’m a little better now but got interested in Diamond Dynasty and collecting cards so I don’t play the other modes now.

Forget what I said. Ha ha. The experience is a little different but I did Okay. Thank you!

I reached it last night and chose Soto who I immediately sold for 110K. I was able to get the last 6 cards needed for the April Retro Lightning and got Chipper.

I finally got him and the Belli-99 reward on Wednesday. I played the Mini Season with all All Stars almost exclusively.

I think I have a path to Beltrán. I’m at 26 of 30 collections at the moment and after seeing all the posts today, we’re looking at free cards for Topps Now, Milestone & Awards or Signature? I’m sitting on about 100K of stubs so I should be okay.

Thank you for making a reasonably priced Awards card available. As soon as the marketplace opened, I bought Ian Kinsler which got me to 30/30. I’m about a third of the way to the 6th Inning Boss Card which I can sell in my never ending quest to get The Judge. Or maybe I should start planning for the next collection. I have about 200K of stubs after flipping to the wee hours the past week. I’m compiling a list of collections that will be needed for that but I’m very much interested in your take. Thanks!
