Can they turn off crossplay for co op can that work?

It needs to be
Using diamond dynasty rosters with caps 1diamond 1 gold etc
2v2 should be current style rotation
3v3 should be
Player 1 pitcher catcher dh
Player 2 infield
Player 3 outfield
Lineups must be rotated
Example p2 p3 p1 p2 p3 p2 p1 p2 p3

This way people dont quit when they dont get to use there player they want and whos captain etc etc.

It takes several attempts to get a game going but almost every game and the 4 ive been able to play the past 2 days somebody has to pause the game and someone else then pauses the game and it takes a good minute in between pitches then the timer runs out cant get past 1st inning seriously what is wrong with people why do yall have to keep pausing the game ?
