There's a stat line you don't see every day...
Kershaw, SP: 8.0 IP,, 0 H, 0 BB, 0 R, 0 ER, 30 SO
(Miller struck out the side in the 9th, leading to a total of 33 strikeouts for the game.)
Fun.

The way some people complain as much as they do makes me wonder why they play at all. Surely there are other games that wouldn't trigger so much complaining... ohhhhhh. Oh, I see.
Heh.
I'm watching college football, switching soon to playoff baseball, and fiddling about with packs on the other screen.
As I've done in the past, tonight I bought Headliners packs until I had at least one pack from every Headliners set. It took longer to get there than it has most times in the past, perhaps every time, I don't know.
Anyway, check out this distribution. The first number represents the number of packs in Set 1, the last the number of Set 40 packs.
5, 2, 7, 3, 2, 9, 4, 3, 2, 7, 1, 13, 6, 3, 2, 11, 6, 5, 7, 2, 2, 7, 5, 8, 3, 6, 6, 2, 5, 5, 6, 8, 7, 4, 8, 10, 3, 9, 2, 6.
If I'm bored enough later and don't feel like playing at the time, I might check out the odds of the outliers appearing the way they did.
I wonder what the odds are on pulling the featured player in Headliners packs. I pulled two from this set.
I did pull a bunch of Diamond players, a ton of Diamond uniforms, and quite a few high-priced Common, Silver, and Gold players... probably enough for close to a net positive result, stubswise, but only two featured players.
