I wonder what the odds are on pulling the featured player in Headliners packs. I pulled two from this set.
I did pull a bunch of Diamond players, a ton of Diamond uniforms, and quite a few high-priced Common, Silver, and Gold players... probably enough for close to a net positive result, stubswise, but only two featured players.
I'm watching college football, switching soon to playoff baseball, and fiddling about with packs on the other screen.
As I've done in the past, tonight I bought Headliners packs until I had at least one pack from every Headliners set. It took longer to get there than it has most times in the past, perhaps every time, I don't know.
Anyway, check out this distribution. The first number represents the number of packs in Set 1, the last the number of Set 40 packs.

The way some people complain as much as they do makes me wonder why they play at all. Surely there are other games that wouldn't trigger so much complaining... ohhhhhh. Oh, I see.

Where do you stash value for later use?
Some years, I've picked an area of Inventory and ignored it, for example by not opening the Stadiums inventory until some pre-determined date. I still do that for bronze and silver stadiums.
Right now, I use the diamond stadiums like eleven little brokerage accounts. I've got 808 diamond stadiums at the moment, so that's a minimum of 808,000 Stubs socked away. When one of the stadiums is selling at around 2,500 and above, I'll buy and sell that one until the market dies down again.

A short while ago, I finished the Nation of Baseball Conquest.
Without worrying about it to any real degree, I finished off the Red Sox and then planned to finish off the 4 more million fans I needed to steal to complete a mini-mission requiring 15 million stolen fans to complete.
The counter resets. I don't know why I'd thought that it might not, possibly because the counter isn't related to the map in any way except one.
There have to be fans of other teams in order to steal said fans. Duh. How very foolish of me.
I've put together a team with 13 batters (8 starters, 5 bench players) whose primary position is each either 1B or 3B. I'm listing it below for anyone looking for ideas, help, etc
Bench:

There are no C on the bench, or outfielders, but the starting lineup is so good and powerful that pinch-hitting will be close to non-existent.
As for Ohtani, he's the SP due to the fact that he's one of the best hitters in baseball and is therefore less likely to kill a rally with his bat than any other pitcher. Also, he's got a Stamina rating of 100, meaning that I can usually get through nine innings with him without the annoying whistle to let me know that he is le tired.
Has anyone been able to get information on where Awards Barry Larkin can be found, or if the listing in the Affinity 4 Missions is inaccurate and should refer to his Milestone card instead?
