that’s how they fragmented it this year it seems - offline way better for stubs (and, yes, annoyingly, necessary for connections even besides that), online way better for XP

@TheJeweledLotus_PSN there’s a pattern to it sometimes, which makes it arguably more annoying - HoF CPU chases double plays and same-handed matchups to no end whenever first base is open

@Teak2112_MLBTS if only the ultra packs were choice packs - I haven’t got the one for Mauer yet but the other one gave me a single Egg Hunt base round

@Ledfoot_19_PSN I’ll stop you right there - people who only play online cannot in fact earn every player (because quite a few are locked behind conquest, mini seasons, and showdowns)

@rubicante23_PSN the idea is great - still a little salty they didn’t make the ultra pack a choice pack (cause IMO rewards for playing on higher difficulty shouldn’t have any RNG attached to them other than whether you get the rare round of the pack)

If I understand what you’re asking, unless you apply the parallel mod the rating doesn’t change

@rubicante23_PSN counterpoint - online multiplayer is pay to play so there’s that element now vs. then for people who either can’t fit it in the budget, don’t think the subscription is worth their money, or couldn’t even play this game specifically online if they wanted too (something something T-Mobile)

I can’t believe I’m just realizing there probably isn’t gonna be a Moonshot series this year
