Those flashback all-star cards are unattainable I think. McCullers, Contreras, Bregman and Gallo. Carew and Crawford action figure cards.

The significance of Ted Williams military service is he actually flew active combat missions in two different wars as a marine in the middle of being one of the greatest hitters of all time. If they continue “storylines”, this would be quite significant.

I also think a storyline involving the very first Hall of Fame class would be really cool.

Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth, Walter Johnson, Christy Mathewson, and Honus Wagner. They gave up rights to two of them last year.

There are a lot of players people want added. Some are fun like Strawberry or Canseco. Others like ARod or Manny Ramirez, but I honestly feel these four are a travesty they are not in the game. They are undisputed legends and deserve to be in. I know everybody says Bonds will never be in the game. Has SDS tried? Have they offered any 4 of these players deals?

1. Barry Bonds-all time home run king, most home runs in a season. SEVEN MVP awards.

2. Ty Cobb - #2 all time hits. 1st class in the HOF. TWELVE batting titles.

3. Ted Williams - Six batting titles. Two time MVP, Two time triple crown winner. .344 career batting average. WW2 and Korean War vet.

4. Roger Clemens - Won SEVEN Cy Young award (most in history) Third most strikeouts all-time and most k’s in a game. 1 time league MVP (as a pitcher).

Tatis Jr. doesn’t get the boost?

Hope SDS isn’t lazy and gives us CURRENT A’s and Ray’s home stadiums next year. If we don’t get Steinbrenner Field and the A’s field in Sacramento, it’s just plain laziness.

Gibson and IRod I wanted to like, but I just can’t get anything going with either. IRod’s defense is best in the game, but offensively he just ain’t it IMO

I’m a Pirate fan.

I think a rendition of Three Rivers Stadium would be cool. Or at least one of the old “cookie cutter” stadiums like the Vet or Riverfront so we could use features in create a stadium. The renditions online don’t look right.

Legends in general but specifically players from the eighties and nineties. Kent Tekulve, John Candelaria, Drabek, Bob Walk, John Smiley, Van Slyke, Bonilla, and God forbid a guy named Barry Bonds! You have all the Braves pitchers from that period, you can’t give us one Pirate pitcher? Drabek won a Cy Young! Smiley was a 2 time all star and won 20 games in a season.

Is the Pirate Parrot in the game? He’s on a bat skin, why isn’t he in the stands at PNC Park? I don’t see him.

I love the game. I have no issues with online play that people have complained of. I just want better content. I think it’s good, I just feel they can do a lot better in terms of legends and card art. I have a lot of thoughts on that.

Almost all positive sounding changes. We will see what they actually boil down to when the game is released. If there is one thing SDS has always been decent at is putting things in the best light and drumming up interest before launch.

I wish we could just get a top 3 or top 5. There are thousands of legends we could add. I think the obvious are:

Barry Bonds
Ty Cobb
Ted Williams
Roger Clemens
Joe DiMaggio

Negro League players next year will be headlined by:
Oscar Charleston
Cool Papa Bell

I think cool milestone cards ideas could be Jose Canseco 40/40 card, Barry Bonds 762 home runs, Pete Rose 4256 Hits, and a DiMaggio 56 game hitting streak. Even a Don Mattingly 5 grand slam card would be fresh. A player they have the rights to.

Just some fresh all-time greats or fun players.

It was pretty easy. I got it done 1st try, BUT I just wish you had the option not to do it because you could get some bad luck and waste your time. Another option would be nice. For example a repeatable xp mission with Halloween players. Just a suggestion.

Jazz and Judge should both get finest cards.

IMO, Goose and Posada are the only “must-haves” on your list. Both are worth their weight in gold . lol Hopefully Posada will be in a Ranked Rewind pack for you. I don’t remember where we got Goose from.

Absolute L that the Showdown is mandatory. Hoping SDS fixes this. The whole point is to let people play the way they want. Giving players options, even if it takes a little longer. Making a showdown mandatory to finish a program isn’t right.

Why aren’t there supercharged players for performance in the post season? Was there in the past? Seems like a missed opportunity for modes like BR.

I’ve been hoping for REWIND packs in these programs. Even if they are non-sellable and out of season cards. Cueto is too expensive.
