We're two months in and these new menus are still as laggy and unintuitive as they were day one.
Have they even addressed it, let alone done anything to fix it?
The Showdown today showed just how broken it is, yet we continue to see zero improvement and frankly, it's unacceptable
@Ditka06-_MLBTS So, to surmise, all your complaints are valid, everyone else's are not.
The arrogance is astounding.
It is odd that we have just been conditioned to playing mind-numbing mini seasons on repeat due to a lack of content and stub making methods.
I am usually a big fan of mini seasons, but as one who doesn't enjoy the toxicity of Weekend Classic, we're basically getting an hour or two of program stuff and then have to wait an entire week for more to do.
It's wild.
....any chance of making the menus actually work without crazy lag?
It took me 10 freaking minutes to draft a team, set a batting order and add perks, to play a mode i have to pay to play.
Meanwhile, I note the shop and marketplace menus are lightning fast.....

Telling people what they should be playing is so unnecessary.
Now, i'll preface this by saying that everyone's experience is different, however, this All-Star drop has gone really smoothly for me and i've enjoyed playing the game for the first time in a bit.
A few notes;
They've given us many avenues to complete programs, which is a big improvement on recent drops.
You can largely, truly, play your way this weekend.
The servers haven't missed a beat for me.
I've played WC, event games and offline and all has gone well, and the menus have been super smooth.
There's a ton of XP around, which hopefully means we all get a boss this innings.
Most all of the cards are easily attainable, which was my worry with the TA drop disappearing.
I've been very critical of SDS this year and this doesn't fix the many issues that remain, but credit where credit is due, this weekend has been fun.
I hope you all have had a similar experience.

I've never been less excited for an XP Reward Path and it's only innings two.
That's a worry.
Doesn't feel at all rewarding with so many single base packs as 'rewards' (enjoy the 60 stubs from dupes, lads) and less cards than in previous games.
If nixing WBC mini seasons rewards are all SDS are going to do, it'll only penalise those of us who didn't use the exploit.
Those that did don't need to play mini seasons, but for the rest of us, it was the best way of earning packs so it's really crappy that it's gone.
Those who didn't exploit are already a long behind those who did, and this only exacerbates the gap.
Bans and/or roll backs need to occur, otherwise what little integrity the game had is gone.
The game is a lot better when you treat it as such and not life and death.
I don't use an all switch hitter team, nor a meta team, I simply play with cards i enjoy.
I beat guys i am better than and lose to guys i'm not.
SDS suck, but so does the toxic community who cannot even fathom the concept of not using every single meta card out of a morbid fear of being at a slight disadvantage.
I hate how this game turns so many into whiny, immature little brats capable of handling losing....in a video game.
Seriously lads, it's really sad.
So, how much did you lose by?
Any mode where you defeat the challenges and aren't guaranteed the reward is a bad mode, in my view.
They should give you the Ted card given your contribution to the community.
Sorry they've released him behind a chase pack, absolutely sucks when your all time faves are completely unattainable.

As someone who doesn't have Twitter/X or any other real social media, you are a godsend and one day I hope SDS either put you on the payroll or at least look after you in some way for all the work you do for them.
@Ditka06-_MLBTS The fact that you assume i'm an offline player speaks volumes about your mindset (and ego).
I completed the 75k program.
That doesn't mean that I don't have empathy for those who cannot (or choose not to) play online.
That's the joy in empathy, you can look beyond what affects you personally.
Perhaps give it a shot, it might just help you with your existing need to belittle and abuse anyone who doesn't play the way you deem to be the correct way.

People actually paid 5 and 6 times more for a card whose only difference was....the colour.
I shake my head sometimes, i really do.
This is my first year and frankly, i'm not nearly good enough to do these moments.
My only option to complete it is to gain 800k PXP.
Even with double PXP it's a prohibitively long grind.
That's the equivalent to P5'ing 100 cards from scratch.
I doubt there's more than a handful of players with 100 P5s all year long, but we're expected to do it from Oct?
At a time when SDS needs all the players it can get, this will only drive away players like me.
