Anyone who has played 2K will tell you that this is absolute rubbish.

I'm annoyed at SDS like many, but compared to 2K, SDS are angelic.

2K have 90% of good cards locked behind real money only packs, their "content" is just packs, and Mid cycle they had a card that cost up to $10,000.
Not to mention that literally 95% of all cards in 2K are unsellable.

Still no diamonds.

Same thing happened to me earlier.
Lost an entire 9 innings games progress due to a disconnection with two pitches remaining.

It's happening far too often.

I've had a number of base diamonds and I think one higher which was an 88.

Up to 40 now.
Zero diamonds.

After opening another 10 free Ballin's this morning with zero diamonds, i went back and checked and I've now had 37 free Ballin's and still haven't had a single diamond.

Anyone else have the same issue?

I get odds and assume I might just be having a bad run, but man, it's demoralising given how hard you work for these 'special' packs.

On the contrary, whilst i have not had any good diamonds from standard packs, I've actually gotten a handful despite the odds being more then three times worse than the Ballin's.

I raised a ticket 40 minutes ago and just got my bundle.

They have bonus collections where you get 10 points for collecting each of Arenado, Harper, Ahn, Gregorious and Bregman.

Clicking on it says 0/1 Collected with no option to collect.

Going to collections, I have each of these cards, and had three of them already collected.
I got no progress.

I locked in the other two, and still no progress.

It's 50 points (so half the program) and i can't access those points despite having collected the cards.

This on top of completely broken and laggy menus, and not getting rewards for mini seasons and it's a pretty miserable experience to date.

At what point will this game not be utterly broken?

EDIT: So, when you open each bonus section, you need to scroll down which will open the collect option.
Terrible design.

I am about to raise a ticket, but I will get the response I get will be a 'sorry, nothing we can do'.

We deserve better, dude.

It's been a complete shitshow since early release.

How do you mess this up so badly?

That program is pretty poor for opening day.

Nothing beyond the small program, certain agendas requiring cards that will cost 25k stubs and only a 1 in 9 chance of a pack from the program.

I know why they're doing it, but it's not a great start if we're aiming for rewarding programs.

In your packs, like every other pack.

They were due at full release, however some have received theirs (or a portion of theirs so far).

I've got 16 i think, so owed 10.

Still nothing.

I need to become a content creator.
Those guys get "lucky" so often you'd almost think their odds were juiced to promote gambling....

Sadly, if they're not fixing 25 glitches like lineup freezes and attribute wheels, they're not going to listen to us about this untenable menus.

I am only in my second year, so I want to love the game and talk it up, but the UI is dreadful and a huge step backwards and sadly they've shown they don't care about our experience.

@Teak2112_MLBTS I despise "investing" but as a NMS first year player last year, being able to use the exchanges to make stubs was my only source of the stubs required to field a competitive team.

Without it, I have zero chance of getting many cards, let alone live series.

I saw one gold from all my preorder and initial packs.

Not even a whiff of a diamond, of course.
