So many opportunities for them to solidify their player base that has been bleeding, yet they seem to repeatedly shoot themselves in the foot.
Perhaps they're content with just their diehards, knowing they'll buy the game regardless because they just love baseball, rather than trying to find new players or turn casuals into diehards.

I would have tapped out by now had I not been lucky enough to complete live series after 6 months.
Played a couple of games here and man, does the ball die at the track a lot.
I hit a perfect perfect with 110 exit velo that looked like a no doubter however was easily caught at the track.

You and your company refuse to address these specific issues, instead conflating issues to make it seem like people are criticising the support staffs work ethic when any and all criticism here is directed at whatever cost cutting measures SDS has put in place that has seen wait times balloon from literal days to months.
A little honesty would engender far more support than obfuscation.

Genuinely fascinating to see how different we all play.
Comms muted aside, my settings are pretty standard, largely because I was new to the game last year so just went with standard settings and they kinda stuck.
For me, i have all sound muted, so i have never heard a second of commentary.
I'm sure everyone has something about the way they play the game that others might find odd, be it your camera choice, your sound options or your choice of PCI.

Last year tickets were largely responded to in a relatively timely manner, this year people wait months and many have never gotten a response.
This has been an ongoing issue all year.
You know it, i know it, and your bosses know it.
We all play this game differently, and for some, these erroneous marketplace bans mean they cannot play the game they spent their money on in the manner they choose.
How is that in any way fair or acceptable?
What is SDS doing to address the very real issue of support wait times blowing out to wholly unacceptable times?
