Im also having the same problem. I tried logging into the website with my Show account and my Xbox account. Neither works.

I think I figured it out, I had this same problem with a different game like 4 years ago! Unplug all of your USB ports. I always leave the Guitar Hero Live USB connector in the back USB port of my Day One Xbox One. For whatever reason, that caused issued once in the past, and as soon as i unplugged that and restated The show I didn't have this issue anymore.
