I'm going to go out in a limb and assume he wants to know if there is anyway that you can unlock a card, that's already been locked in, if they decide they don't want to Collect it.

Maybe he locked in a bunch of a certain type of cards, let's use Signature Series as an example, before all these non-sellable cards that they're giving away for completing a Player Program were available?

Maybe he bought an expensive SS card, and locked it in the other day, because he only needed one more for Kershaw.

Now he sees that SDS is giving us a 'free' Sig Series tomorrow and he wanted to lock that in instead of the expensive card.

I know, and most everyone here knows, that is not possible and if you don't want to wait until they're done releasing cards, to lock them in towards Collections, you're willing to 'pay a premium' to do so.

He may not know that.

Second pack in today's Flash Sale is a guaranteed LS Diamond for 30K.

The ONLY LS Diamond that is worth more than the pack is Trout. Everyone else is a loss.

Yeah, but it's a 4 part Event that will probably have the same rewards for each part.

When I can get 10-15 hits and 15-20 runs, per game, with Silvers on Rookie level in Conquest; when I just have random players in the lineup.

But as soon as I buy some specific Diamond players, to do specifics missions towards newer programs, I'm lucky if I can scrap together a 3 hit game.

This is getting ridiculous! I just completed a Conquest game where I completed at least 10 seperate missions and of course the servers crashed.

IT'S OCTOBER, FIX YOUR SERVERS!

Trout could be one of the two free cards you get for logging in daily; but you can't claim him because of the server issues.

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT. Don't waste your time or the stubs. The 45K in XP isn't worth the frustration.

No matter which hitters you draft; they'll do one of the following:

Hit a line drive/ground ball to the infield

Or

Hit a fly out to the outfield.

If, and that's a BIG if, you happen to get good contact and it looks like the ball land for a hit; an outfielder who has bronze or lower defense will make a super-human diving catch or scale the outfield wall like Spiderman to rob you if a homerun.

Then, if you have to pitch and not give up a run, one of the CPU team's first there batters will hit a ball, that is so far out if the strike zone that it's in a different time zone, for a home run.

Of course, it's my fault for thinking that this would be remotely possible.

But that's 3-4 combined hours of my time and about 2500-3000 stubs that were wasted.

I would've been better off mindlessly grinding the CPU for that amount of time and may have actually came away with more than 45K in XP and definitely some packs.

They won't give an ETA because unseen circumstances could arise that extends the original timeframe.

If they're player locked; why do we have to deal with computer controlled base runners that either get picked off, ending your AB, for taking a lead or for the same running not taking an extra base; when you need an XBH and it's hit in the gap?

Also, why do CPU controlled pitchers not 'follow' how they pitch in real life? At least as close to possible?

I just watch Kyle Hendricks throw nothing but pitches up above the zone in one of my ABs?

And if we just need hits, and no RBIs, why are there even base runners on the base(s)?

On DAY 2 of the Willie Mays Moment and so far I've seen numerous line drives to the pitcher, Polanco jump and rob a potential homerun in RF about FOUR times, have had NUMEROUS Perfect/Perfect blasts to the outfield that either Gamel or Reynolds run down, or make a diving catch, to get the out. And the ones that they don't catch 'MYSTERIOUSLY' bounce into the stands for ground rule doubles.

I think the closest I came to finishing it was needing a single in my last AB and the pitcher proceeds to hit me with the first pitch of said AB.

I understand that these aren't supposed to be completed in one at bat; but I'm getting tired of failing them, due to computer BS.

If I wanted to keep playing a game, where you get screwed by the AI, I would've stayed with Madden.
