Do you have a CAP somewhere that may be causing an issue?
What are your referring to when you say CAP?
Create a Player from Road to the Show.
Should I try deleting that if it is causing the issue?

Thanks but I tried and it did not work. Several others have said that did not work either in other forums.
Try the vault look for roster update 6-16 from Strait_Contents1
Thanks! but I can't even access the vault either lol. The error won't let me access any online features (vault included)
this is frustrating because I was a few innings of ranked season away from getting tom glavine and completing the collection for Babe Ruth.... horrible timing
everything I've read says you just have to wait until the next roster update. Nothing has been published by Sony or SDS on the issue, and I've created a few service tickets that they have not responded to. It's completely ignored by them which is poor customer service. Basically you can't play a lot of the game's features for at at least two weeks apparently.

I think your XBox is corrupted. Go buy a Switch and see if the problem persists.
Stop. That is not the issue, I have a PS4 and a switch it is happening on both devices for me.
I am currently having this problem and I cannot play Diamond Dynasty..... sony has not gotten back to me
