I love this game... but if they essentially steal $99 from me without me getting anything in return I am going to have a serious dilemma and can't bring myself to support something that does not offer customer support with their screw ups. I could try doing a refund request through PSN store, but I get the feeling they're just going to refer me right on back to the devs here and I will remain in the dark for who knows how long. I tried to get a refund from PSN and they told me their system wouldn’t allow them to give me a refund because SDS are the only ones that can do refunds for this title. I finally got a response from support yesterday after submitting 9 of them and I told them I was starting to lose my patience. I get home today and fire up the game and my content was back! Hopefully your issue gets resolved soon. Nice, do you think support put your content back? I’m in a similar back and forth. But with Microsoft and SDS support. Microsoft even emailed me saying we cannot solve your missing preorder content. Last email with SDS they sent me a link to PlayStation support. Which is frustrating because I even pasted photos of my game for them. I actually had two different devs respond to two different tickets the other night. I 100% believe that they’re the one ls that put my content back because the other day when I tried to link my MLBTS account to my PSN after they supposedly fixed the account linking issue it wiped everything off of my show account.

Ah so it’s still broken. I finally just got my content back today after almost 8 days and numerous support tickets entered. Just hold on for the ride and they’ll eventually get you taken care of. You could possibly try unlinking your accounts via the in game menu or try it on theshow.com

I foolishly bought the physical edition for the steel case. Dumb on my part, because I’m kinda stuck with it. Couldn’t return it. LOL so I finally just got ahold of someone with Sony on the phone about a refund for the game and in-game purchases and he told me that SDS are the ones that control the refund process for this title so I have to wait for a response back from their terrible customer support so only God knows how long that will be. Their system at Sony wouldn’t allow him to refund any part of the game. At this point it literally feels like they stole my money. Hopefully they fix yours. I’m really pulling for it to happen. You may get it fixed before a refund, ha I am extremely upset about this [censored] and I let everyone know it on their tweet about the servers last night. 9 tickets sent in and not a single one answered, Sony can’t give me a refund and now it is day 5 since I’ve been able to play. Yeah, I kinda wonder if they’re not watching this thread. I posted on the maintenance thread in General and tagged Victor SDS and about an hour later my account was magically linked. All accounts were in the MLBTS account, I unlinked both of them, and then started up the game on PS. Immediately loaded content. Worth trying there. Good luck dude, I hope one of the paths works out. I was nearing your level of frustration yesterday. I finally got my content back! Thank you for putting my name out there on this forum. I’m now afraid to try and link my accounts again tho lol

Com and ALL OF MY STUFF IS BACK Did you do anything? Or was it just there. Support finally got back with me. The guy said he passed it along and they were investigating the issue. Then today on my way home from work I logged into my PSN account on the show website and all of my stuff was there. Fired up the game when i got home and now I’m playing with my team again.

Once you have performed the above, restart your console and log back into the game, and then DD - I did this and afterwards EVERYTHING WAS BACK!!! I hope this works for everyone - if so, share with all you know so we can all play some Show!!!! I did that the other day and all of it was still gone. My ballplayer that I created and all of the equipment I put on him loads in but nothing else Have you tried since the update yesterday? Yeah it was tried yesterday afternoon

As a software guy myself I cannot understand how a developer with years of experience could mess something up this bad regardless of adding another platform to the game or not. Well I unlinked both from my MLBTS account. My MLBTS account now shows ALL of my progress. Unfortunately I can’t try to reconnect my PlayStation account since PSN is down. At least it’s slow but steady progress. Hopefully you have a bit of luck. For me everything is still gone and nothing that I had before is showing up on my MLBTS account. None of my accounts are linked together and it still shows my PSN and XBL accounts as linked without an MLBTS account attached. I put in yet another ticket but this time it’s for missing items and stubs. Not only am I missing 130,000 stubs but I’m almost missing about 900,000 stubs worth of cards so that’s just great. If they don’t respond by tomorrow I’m going through with the refund and I’ll be done. @Victor_SDS HELP ME I take it you hit that button that said if you choose this account all progress will be reset option in red writing? I was too afraid to even touch that in fear of a wipe Nope. I clicked the other option. If they don’t get back with me I’m getting my money back. Depending on how I feel when PSN comes back online I might just get the freaking refund anyway.

All of my content disappeared off of my MLBTS account. What do I need to do? I’m already in the process of talking to Sony about a refund but if there is an easy way to get my content back I won’t finish going that route. Nothing is linked to my MLBTS account either.

After this experience idk if I’ll ever buy another physical copy of a game again. PSN made me restore licenses and reinstall the game to see if my content came back. While I am at work for another hour I already know when I get home and turn that console on my content will not be there and I told the lady that. I do understand tho that they have a protocol they’ve got to follow and I’m sure I’m not the first one to reach out for a refund.

Once I get my money back I’ll be happy. Maybe down the road I’ll buy the game again but I’m not sure.
